There price seemed fair so after checking with some of there referrals and reviews online we decided to have them do the job. From start to finish they performed above and beyond our expectations. There time frame was met. They cleaned up daily and answered any questions we had. And most importantly there were no surprises or extra charges. The price we contracted at is what we paid. We highly recommend there service plan. This is only the 2nd time we've had to use it in 4 years. It was on a Saturday this time and they had someone here within a couple hours and resolved the problem. The individual was respectful, answered our questions and we were highly satisfied

I had small water leak in my basement. I called and got a quick response with an appointment with Justin. He was very professional and explained the entire process to me indicating what he was putting on the walls and where the water was coming from. he also informed me that there would be a return visit to "clean" up the materials because they need to set. he returned today and my basement wall is completely smooth with the materials used. he was very punctual and professional. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism on the install and any follow-up issues.

An alarm was triggered on our sump pump, and the service tech came promptly to check it out. Everdry waterproofed our basement several years ago, and they have always been very responsive and professional.
