Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate New York

I called Everdry under our warranty to come and fix an issue with my front porch. They were prompt and very friendly. Great customer service. I would recommend them for all of your waterproofing needs.

Everdry has been an amazing company to work with, the customer service has been beyond excellent from the very first phone call. (They were the only company that answered their phone when I was reaching out to various companies in the beginning, by the way!). Jim came out and did a thorough inspection of our basement and carefully explained the options they could offer us, there was no sales pressure though. When we decided to move forward, the communication throughout the process was excellent. We were left with no questions. Tavaris and his crew came out last week to do the job and boy did they work hard. Tavaris kept us in the loop throughout the process, letting us know how things were coming along and showing us the progress they were making. At the end, he showed us everything they did, made sure we understood everything that we needed to know, and reassured us that if we had any water issues come up again, that they would come back out and fix them! Excellent company, highly recommend, worth every dollar

Miguel who came out to do the job was great. His customer service skills was great. He did a awesome job on the work itself and cleaning after. The only complaint I do have is not receiving the pictures of the job that was shown to me.

I want to send a special "Thank You" to Tavares and his team. They did our waterproofing and they have exceeded our expectations. This the second home we had done by Everdry and it keeps getting better. Tavares and his crew provided quality service. Please allow me to outline their expertise, quality of care, and excellent customer service: Expertise: They took the time to explain the process and while performing the work made sure we were aware of each step. Tavares took videos and showed me from him phone where water was coming in, and how they will and did fix it. Also, every evening before they left, he did another walk through and explained what will happen the next day. I was never left in the dark. Quality of Care: Tavares and his team protected my flooring on a daily basis and cleaned up everything before they left. They made sure my yard didn't have debris as well as my home. The basement was left neat, swept clean and equipment packed together and out of the way. Tavares and his team cared for my home, the basement furnishings by properly covering items and taping off areas. That kind of care reassured me we were assigned the right crew. Excellent Customer Service: Tavares and all of his crew were polite, courtesy, respectful, wore their masks, and friendly. I enjoyed conversations with them. They provided what is missing for today's consumer "Excellent Customer Service." All of what I just wrote wouldn't mean anything if the work was insufficient. The work was excellent and I am pleased to be a repeat customer to Everdry.

The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue. They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. Josh, who came to our home, was a great help.

As Everdry had waterproofed my basement and installed a new sump pump I called them when my sump pump was running constantly and sounded terrible. They were very polite and helpful telling me a tech would be coming that afternoon to take care of it. He would even call me when he was on his way. Sure enough Gerry called me saying he was on his way and was there promptly. He went in the basement and within a matter of minutes he replaced a defective part and showed me what it was. Everdry was extremely helpful in every way. When they came to do the quote, they were very thorough in their inspection and explanation of the work and cost. The crew that did the work was outstanding. They worked so hard every day. The foreman kept us updated on progress every step of the way. The crew was also extremely friendly. I was very comfortable having them in my house. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the incredible job they did.
