Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate New York

We purchased a home with systems installed by Everdry and continued the warranty. We recently had a pump running non stop and they helped us trouble shoot over the phone to make sure the backup was still working and then sent out a tech with a few days. He was polite, on time and got the work done quickly. He reviewed it with me and all repairs were covered under our warranty.

Weâ ve had the benefit of an Everdry basement for around 15 years. The sump pump float switch stopped working, and I called Everdry. They had Josh scheduled to come out the next afternoon. He arrived on time, and very quickly and efficiently assessed the issue, and replaced the whole pump and check valve too! He spent time to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the service from Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate NY.

I called for an annual inspection and to have my sump pump inspected. Josh came out to do the inspection and discovered that the pump was not working. He replaced the pump. I asked him to check to see if the spot on my wall was due to water damage. He said yes and scheduled a date and time for the men to repair the damage. Jeff, Will and Adam came out April 25,2022 to repair the system. They did a wonderful job. All four gentlemen were hard working, respectful, took great care not to damage any of my personal property. When the work was completed they cleaned up everything and took it away. It is wonderful to work with a company that TRULY stands behind their warranty promise. The entire job including the replacement of the sumppump cost me nothing. I would recommend this company to everybody.

I purchased a home three years ago that had the Everdry system previously installed. While I cannot speak of installation and preliminary work, they sure have made me a happy customer. As a first time home buyer, the additional repair expenses and my overall lack of knowledge on a lot of things has grown to be quite stressful- but not with Everdry. I pay a very low annual fee that has more than paid for itself these past three years. I have called a handful of times and had Josh come out and take the time to explain some things to me and do what the average homeowner could probably do on their own. Most recently, Jeffrey & crew came out to replace piping that had filled with tree roots, a new sump pump crock and whatever else was entailed in the project. The crew was literally working ALL DAY, I am not sure that anyone even took a break. All were very professional & polite and did an excellent job. It is comforting knowing that Everdry is only a phone call away and I am not looking at an unexpected bill when I need them. The previous owners of our house installed EverDry when they renovated the property circa 2012. They strongly recommended we pick up the EverDry policy, and we are so very glad we did. Shortly after we bought in 2018, an EverDry technician came and explained all aspects of the system. He added that if there were ever a problem, all I needed to do was call. And he was so right: their customer service is first-rate. When a small section of the foundation system needed repair, Jeffrey and Will came out. They fixed it, but just as importantly, they went out of their way to explain every step of their work, answering fully all of our questions.
