My sump pump was not working properly, Miguel was very professional and courteous. he came in and replaced the float and then checked the pump and the back up pump.

Everdry has lived up to my expectations. From the installers, inspectors and the office staff, they all have been very nice to work with and very responsive to my questions and concerns. I'm glad I chose them for this project.

I absolutely loved our Everdry work crew. From Tavaris, Fred, Richie, Ty and Chris to Juan, who had just started with Everdry, everyone was courteous, hardworking, responsible, skilled and a real joy to have working in my home. They worked hard!! And efficiently, finishing before the expected completion date! They did the work with precision and care. I was prepared by Walter for great disruption to my gardens, and for my house to be filled with dust. Instead, my garden emerged relatively unscathed. The crew took the time to carefully dig up some fragile plants and to carefully replant them just as they were. Only the bare minimum of pruning to my bushes was done. Thank you! Outside, they cleaned everything! If all my interactions with Everdry had been with the work team I would be completely and totally satisfied! Unfortunately, I also had to deal with the internal office staff. While I understand that Covid has decimated the staff and left you with untrained office workers, there is absolutely no excuse for the way I was treated by office staff. For example, It took me over 3 months to have the office relay a message to my salesperson. To recap, I have nothing but good to say about the work crew and the work they did at my home. I have nothing but negative comments for the office staff and internal workings.

True to their word. Came out when called after this recent flooding. My basement stayed dry and everything worked like a charm. I called to have them just extend the pipe further away from the house and they responded immediately and fixed my issue as they stated they would when they were giving me an estimate and trying to get me to say yes to having the work done. I couldnâ  t be happier with this company and their workers. They take pride in what they do and really want to please the customer.

We had everydry waterproofing fix our basement awhile back. They installed a french drain in the basement, sealed the outside, installed the easy breath and installed a crock. We have been very happy. A few weeks back we had a drunk driver hit the house which started causing issues. Because everydry has great customer service they came out and assessed and fixed the damage. Plus fixed some other areas that they figured would cause additional issues later. They are professional, on time and easy to work with.

The service performed was the application of StablWall to a bowing wall of our basement. Gerry did an excellent job, from explaining the process, warranty, and paperwork to applying the product. The cleanup was excellent as well. In total, he made 4 trips to our home, and was always on time. This is the second time we have used Everdry services. The first time was to have a trench dug around the inside perimeter of our basement to prevent water seepage. This was around 4 years ago, and we haven't had a drop of water since. This company is not cheap, but we like their lifetime, transferrable warranty, which, I feel, increases the value of our home should we ever sell it.

Everdry was excellent from the first phone call. they honored the warranty from a previous owner did the assessment and work in a timely matter. Miguel was so nice!

Josh was very polite, he explained everything to me that had to be done, and did what he was supposed to do in a quick amount of time!! He was very helpful and extremely courteous.

Everdry finished their work 2 days ago. They are totally unprofessional . They were hired to waterproof our basement, they were supposed to dig outside the exterior walls and put some waterproofing, they dug down about 3 feet, not to the footer. I donâ t even know what kind of lame waterproofing they put on, it certainly wasnâ t tar from what i saw, shame on me for being trusting. They neglected to cap the sewer, left it open, where that had removed one of the sump pumps. They left the battery backup sitting on top of the sump pump, i donâ t believe that is the way it should be installed! They did not affix the grate on the drainage pipe , ( which the water has displaced already) the â bubble drainâ which comes from the sump pump to a â gravelâ bed in the yard, where there is no gravel. They did not repair cracks in the foundation. They did not tie the backup sump pump into the sewer. This job was very costly. I totally trusted these guys, that i did not have to â babysit â them. Boy was i wrong. I wish i had documented every step of their work, which i fear will have to be redone by someone with some actual experience. Beware!
