They are available when the sump pump fails. They replaced it and put in a check valve for us.

EVERDRY DID A GREAT JOB AND ELIMINATING THE MUSTY ODOR AND WATERPROOFED THE BASEMENT. I CAN NOW STORE ITEMS IN BASEMENT AND THEY WILL NOT MOLD OR GET WET. THE EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT AND TOOK GREAT CARE TO PUT DOWN FLOOR PROTECTION AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

Everdry installed a drainage system in our basement along with a backup water powered sump pump. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and their response time to service calls is very fast. Our main pump stopped working while we were in the hospital for 3 nights. The back up pump SAVED us. If not for that our basement would have been filled with water. We called their service department and within 90 minutes they had someone at our door with a brand new pump to replace the faulty one. Unbelievable service and I could not be happier we chose them for the work!

The work was thorough and we have been without water in our basement for several years. The backup system is reliable. The annual fee is small compared to the service received. Each time we have called they have been responsive and helpful.

The salesmen didnt tell us we would need to tear out some of the drywall in order to have those walls done....their words were "everything looks great and you dont need to do anything down here to prepare." We were informed by the work crew we needed to do that in order for those walls to be done and if we had known in advance we could have done so. Now we will have to have them come back out in the future to finish. That's why I gave 4 stars. As for the work itself the work crew was amazing! Very personable and worked efficiently. The foreman was awesome with walking me through multiple times a day to give me vital information and talk about the progress throughout the day. He also answered any and all questions I had and made sure the job was done neatly and well.

They were polite and worked so very hard. Our only issue was communication between the workers and us in all the steps and showing us how bad the tiles were cracked and plugged. Also, their cleanup was well, not the best but I guess when all was said and done, our basement is now way drier and has no smell whatsoever! So I guess putting aside all the mess and how they left our yard and garage and once all was done, it seems that the job was done as they said it would be... a dry and odorless basement and, wow is the new sump pump quiet!

this was a big job for Everdry. They had to dig up my basement inside and also dig up outside to waterpoof everything. They were always cheerful and considerate and never complained even when they had to move the bubbler three times
