Our Waterproofing system was installed 5 years ago. The exterior drain oipe from the sump pump needed to be replaced. The crew, Chris and Will, showed up on time, knew what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job.

I have had a waterproofing system installed in my home for many years but have never needed a service call until this year. Everdry came a few months ago and installed a new sump pump. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable and completed the Job quickly. At that time, we discussed having the outside drain moved further into my yard. I received an appointment to do that in a couple of months. When the time came for the appointment everything went as planned. I was contacted before the appointment. The day of the appointment the technician called and said he was delayed on another job but that he would be out shortly. I told him it was OK because I was not at home and just to complete the job when he got there. And returning home I found everything to be done just said we had talked about. Also, the technician called before leaving to tell me what he had done. These guys are very professional and do a good job . They are respectful of your property and your time.

The technicians are always within the time they tell you. They are knowledgeable and polite. They do the job right.

We had Everdry waterproof out basement as we had water damage and some mold . We were completely overwhelmed with their respect of our home as it was in the winter and they were extremely careful to not do any harm to our living room and kitchen that they had to walk through so many times to do their job. They wre extremely respectful and each staff member treated us with the utmost respect. The job wears finished in a timely manor snd with excellent expertise as we now have a beautiful and dry basement again. We are so pleased we chose Everdry for the cost and expertise were the best from any other companies!
