Write a ReviewJim was my sales rep from ever dry and was very helpful and thorough After I hired this amazing company that's when it got even better. The crew was amazing Walter was the foreman and his crew was very dedicated and respectful. They worked hard were extremely polite and kept the site very clean. These professionals are the best in their field. I own a Home Inspection company and know quality when I see it. If you are in the market for basement waterproofing stop looking and Hire Everdry.
Under foreman , Joel, ever dry worked 3 days. Hard, muddy, and constant work was done by team: Joel, Levi, V, J, and Keith. They were very polite, friendly and careful of my property. Joel informed me of every step, material and process. Considering that I am a widow and in charge, Joel also educated me step by step. My moldy, damp, ugly basement exists no more. Love Easy Breathe, Dura shield, weep holes, trenching and strong men who work hard. Best parts: three day turnover, always in touch, good referred electricians, plumbers etc. thank you guys and Joel.
The crawl space half of house floor was hard work but they kept at it. They brought in extra help to meet dead line. Lots of dust and noise from drilling crawl space floor which is understandable. Other half of house want fast. Outside work was fast too. They gave advice about gutter run offs and need to bring in dirt. New sump system with backup pump with battery looks great. The Easy-Breeze Dehumidifier in crawl space exhausted to outside a plus too. All we heard good about them is true.
I have just begun this whole process. All in the early stages yet...but so far so good. Very pleasant people to work with so far.
Our serviceman Joe, was courteous and knowledgeable. He was prompt and completed the job ahead of schedule. Penfield NY Robert S.
I'm from Rochester, NY and I was a bit reluctant at first to get this work done but I am so glad that I did. With all the heavy snows & wet springs, my basement has never looked better. No more damp concrete or mold. The crew that did the job were very nice & I always had access to a supervisor for questions. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Everdry.
We have had the Everdry waterproofing system for almost 20 years. During the first few years we had many problems that were always corrected but it seemed like they were never ending. The last 12-15 years have been much better, once the company came under new management. The equipment has gotten better also. It used to be that we needed a new pump every year, as we have an underground spring that runs under our house and our pump runs for 30-45 seconds every 5-7 minutes every day of the year. The last few years we haven't had the issue of needing a new pump every 12 months. When the original salesperson came to our house we were told that we would not need a dehumidifier after about 6 months, however because of our constant water flow we do run a humidifier 24/7. For the most part our basement is dry and not musty smelling. Every workman that has come to our house since the new management has been very accommodating and done what they could to address our many uncommon issues. Overall I am satisfied with the work done, knowing that we will always have some type of water issue due to our location. SLG Irondequoit, NY
Review by Richard Henry We have lived in our current location for 46 years and have had minor water issues from the beginning. The last couple of years have gotten worse and to the extent that I had to bail water from the cellar daily, especially after the winter months into spring and after heavy rains. I did some research, called Everdry and set up a consultation. The sales representative inspected the cellar, the house and the grounds and recommended the procedures that should be done and why. We had cracks filled on the outside of the cellar wall, drain tiles installed on the inside along with a sump pump with a battery backup in case we lost power. Every thing is working great and without any water leakage. Would recommend Everdry highly from the initial contact, the skill of the installers through completion of the job. Thank you on a job well done. RBH Jr. Webster, New York
When I bought our home in Kenmore NY it came with a transferable warranty. Always the skeptic I wondered what the 'Warranty' would actually get us, but for the money I figured better safe than sorry. Fast-forward a few months and there I was standing in my rain boots, in our basement which was flooded past my ankles holding on to the sump pump wires looking down at the muddy water and thinking to myself many many different kinds of profanities. It then dawned on me that maybe I could get some help from Everdry and cash it on the warranty. Within hours they had someone at my house looking at my basement. As it turns out the nice previous owners actually took the original sump pump that was covered under warranty and left us with some broken piece of junk! This broken, not covered sump pump failed and obviously my basement flooded...... So, the guy looking at my basement tells me that he doesn't usually do the labor behind this kind of stuff but he didn't have the heart to leave me like that, so he rolls up the sleeves of his nice shirt and starts working on wires and stuff I don't even really recognize (I'm from California). He tells me the drain piping is all kinds of messed up and someone did a real bad job messing with that too. When he left my basement was not flooded and the NEW sump pump worked! Victory I say. But that's not all!!! Everdry came back the next day and fixed the bad piping job and put weep holes into my basement to relieve some of the excess water build up. I have never had such amazing service from a warranty in my life. This company truly stands behind their work and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for me. Thank you Everdry!
Friendly, professional service. Very pleased with work done and staff. From phone personnel to service technician, we felt taken care of.
