They were prompt, took extra precautions to protect the flooring and walls in our home, and kept us informed about their progress with the basement project. This company is excellent, we are so pleased with the work and having a dry basement. Everyone within the company has been exceptional from the sales rep who sold us the job to the men that completed the actual work. It is so nice being able to leave on vacation and not having to worry about our basement flooding. I have called into the office with a few questions and I have also been very satisfied with how helpful everyone is. Jaclyn went above and beyond with helping us and she was a true pleasure to talk to on the phone. It is so very nice to know that the transferable warranty is good as long as the house is still standing. I am so pleased with this company. I've been a customer for many years. We discovered a mold problem on the floor of our stone foundation basement. (back left corner area near our furnace) Ken came out and inspected and called and advised me that two employees would come out on Tues. 8/18/15 to work on our issue. Joshua Womacks and another Everydry Associate got here in the late morning. They completed the needed work in a couple of hours. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves too. Really appreciate their effort on our behalf. And I know, if any future issues arise, I can count on Everydry to make needed repairs. Joshua also mentioned Easy/Breathe System to me. But, at this time do not think I am going to invest the money in having it installed. I do understand that now this System is part of the whole waterproofing that your company does. Sure wish it had been available when we had our basement done. Would love to eliminate the odor etc in our basement! But, cannot afford the expense this year.

I am very happy with the job that Everdry recently did on my basement. I have peace of mind knowing that my son and I are no longer breathing in all the mold that had grown and I no longer have to wear boots to walk in my basement after a strong rain! The project was completed successfully with the exception of the dirt and dust left in the basement. Each room had to be completely cleaned including the furniture and accessories. We had no idea of the clean-up time we would have to spend & we are not yet done. The landscaping around the outside foundation was completely destroyed. We are "seniors" and cannot accomplish the tasks we did when we were younger. We will have to hire a profressional landscaper to reinstate the area surrounding the foundation, which will be quite an additional expense. The employees knew their jobs and performed professionally. We have no complaints on the workmanship, just the clean-up we must have done.

Gone are the days when I get sick to my stomach every time it rains hard or storms. I would immediately begin to think about how much water I; or others helping, would have to get rid of and the mess that would have to be cleaned up. I waited way too long to get the project done worrying about construction mess and cost. Wish I would have done it sooner as I now have peace of mind I could have had for years.
