We bought our house in February 2019 and were aware that we would need to address some water issues. Instead of settling for a quick fix, we decided to explore our options for a high quality solution to give us peace of mind. After visiting a local home improvement show and exploring our options, we called Everdry to come out and give us an assessment. Yes, there was initial sticker shock, but they worked with us to help get the best possible price on the project and ultimately we knew this investment would help the property in the long run. The crew was great, efficient and communicated with us along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly. They showed us the equipment and the features of the final product so we would understand the project. Although it was a big first project at our house, we know it will be great for the resale value and ultimately give us peace of mind with the rainy days we get here in Cincinnati. Would recommend!

When we purchased our 107 year old fixer upper home, it came with an EverDry warranty that was around 35 years old. We were so thankful to have this when we discovered the previous owners did not disclose basement leaking problems in the house. The repairmen even asked if they could replace some lightbulbs in my basement for me! Everdry waterproofed our basement. They did an excellent job. The foreman met with me each day of the project and showed me what was done and what they would be doing. To keep from damaging my lawn all foundation digging was done by hand. We appreciated their care of our shrubs etc. They did a thorough cleaning afterwards. I now have a new family room, and completely dry and no musty odors basement. Wish I had done this sooner.

Working with Everdry from the very first meeting with the company representatives was amazing. They were absolutely perfect in every aspect of their service. When it came to the day of repair once again, the entire crew, and team leaders were respectful, polite, and focused on all details of being in our home. This made the entire experience for us extremely pleasant. When the entire job was completed, everything was clean, and left in perfect condition. During the repair, we needed some extra reinforcement. That need was visually explained in detail. I am very happy that that was taken care of and the cost for the reinforcement was extremely reasonable. Now I know that my foundation is in perfect condition. We had an excellent experience with the salesman who explained to us the waterproofing process in details , and also the workers. All the digging outside was done by hand, all our landscaping stayed in tact. On the inside, a sub floor drainage system was installed, including a sump pump and an E-Z Breathe ventilation system. We were quite impressed with the workmanship and the efficient cleanup. A couple of times, I had to call the company for minor problems which were fixed with in days. Very professional staff who provided excellent service and quality workmanship. My basement got wet after it rain and has been dry since everdry waterproofed it. We had an issue with the foundation moving a couple years after being waterproofed and everdry came out and fixed it. Now that we've used everdry for the waterproofing we have a lifetime warranty on our foundation and waterproofing. That was the best purchase we've ever made for our house.

Our home was built in 1956 with block foundation, so you can imagine the water intrusion we had in the basement of our home. A previous repair was made before we purchased the home and the quality of the work was embarrassing, not to mention illegal in the way it was done! My wife and I were concerned we would never have the issue corrected... Enter Ever Dry! They came out and gave us a quote on the repair and informed us the work was guaranteed for the lifetime of the home as well as transferable to a new owner should we sell the house. With a flexible financing option, we pulled the trigger on the repair and could not be happier. Ever Dry finished the work in two days time and walked me through everything. They had to remove an old washtub out to complete the repair and the foreman was kind enough to install a new one free of charge out of his own pocket. 2 years have gone by since the repair and we did get some water in the basement after the first repair was complete and they were quick to come out and correct the issue to get us back to no water in the basement. Overall, our experience with Ever Dry has been a great one and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a foundation repair. We had our basement waterproofed in 2017. We haven't had any problems since. They were efficient. Definitely satisfied with the results.

We haven't had any water issues since Everdry waterproofed our basement. The salesman was professional, quality of work was great, we had them come back to check the battery in the sump pump (customer service is also great). We would highly recommend!
