Reviews
Write a ReviewCrew was respectful of my property. Done in a timely manner.
Not only did they do the work efficiently and professionally, but we got more than we even expected! We love the warranty, but mainly having a waterproofed basement room increases our home's value and health for our family. It also saves us on energy because of the everdry system!
I really like the product. Prior to getting this system installed, every time it rained i would cringe and worry about water come into my basement. After 2 floods in one year I really needed to get this taken care of. There was a bit of a delay in getting scheduled but that worked for me as the basement is my living space and i needed the time to get things packed up. What they didn't tell me when i signed the papers is that you can't sit anything back on the new concrete for 6-8 weeks. Obviously i couldn't be out of my the basement for this long so things were a bit cramped as we tried to keep everything off the new section of flooring and still live in the space. My biggest complaint with the entire process was the installation crew. One the first day they were only her for a 1/2 day and then they said they may not get done by Friday evening. They said it would be Monday before they came back out. NO! i had been told originally that they worked weekends when necessary so that the homeowner wasn't "left hanging over a weekend." The job foreman wasn't happy but they did stay late and get it finished Friday evening. My other issue with them was that they were very dirty. Now i know that this is a dirty job and there will be dirt, mud, etc. when cutting thru and re-pouring a floor. What i didn't expect was to find my bathroom floor and Sink counter muddy, or muddy foot print inside my fridge. My honest feelings are that i love the product, however the people need to be more respectful when in someone's home. Even my 2 minor service calls were handled quickly and efficiently.
Warranty work for failed sump . It was a very stormy rainy day. I had sump pump problems, loosing 2 pumps. I called Everdry, I was told they couldn't send a plumber over. However they immediately told me to get my own plumber and send them the bill. I mailed them a bill and they sent a check within 10 days with out any questons asked.
We had a moisture problem in our house/basement. We called Everdry based on recommendation from a neighbor. They came out to the house for an inspection. The technician was kind and obviously knew and believed in their product. He was here for our over an hour, inspecting everywhere. He then sat down with us; explained our options, with the costs and plus and negatives of each process. A week later they worked by hand for 3 days to finish the project. ALL OF THE PEOPLE WORKING WERE COURTIOUS AND VERY INFORMATIVE WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS. THEY Left THE HOUSE AND AROUND THE OUTSIDE VERY CLEAN. We've been there three years with Everdry and had NO PROBLEMS. SCOTTT
Very nice and friendly. Easy to set up meeting, and guy who showed up was very nice and knowledgeable.
They did a wonderful ob. The job was done a day ahead of schedule and they did a very nice job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Everdry! K.B. Kettering, Ohio
If you want a dry basement, EverDry Waterproofing works. We had 5 inches of rain within a couple hours, and their system kept my basement dry.
To whoever is researching Everdry Waterproofing. I wanted to share my experience with them. Truth is, every day I hear my pumps kick on... It makes me smile because that water us to be in my basement. Now, it never makes it there and gets evacuated before it can do any damage. I've been in my home since the spring of 2004 and not long after we moved in. The basement would get wet. We had so much water pressure under the house from the spring rains. It literally forced many of the termite prevention treatment hole plugged with hydraulic cement up and out. We had little geysers shooting up about 2-3 inches all over the perimeter of our basement. I spent weeks and hours trying my own fixes. Nothing worked! Wasted time and money. In the spring of 2012, I had gotten fed up living with the constant cycle of moving vulnerable stuff from the basement and not using it to workout in until mid to late summer. I started doing research on basement systems and companies. Plus I talked with friends, coworkers and some neighbors. Some had trusted Everdry and were pleased. I did notice that the "Complete System" with the EZBreathe ended up being a little pricey but with pleased customers. I keep the EZBreathe always on in the low setting with two cat boxes next to it. PERFECT! Additionally, it has an excellent warranty passable onto future homeowners. It makes it a good selling point and becomes an investment. I went ahead and scheduled the work. The crew came in and got right to work, they didn't mess around. In and out in two days with an expected three day job. They worked all day both days busting it out, installing it and only had short lunch breaks. They cleaned up after themselves without issue. The Supervisor came and inspected the work and made sure I was satisfied. He said if I ever had a concern or issue, call him and they would come out and see what they could do to make it right. Unfortunately, I had to test this out. They came out two times for the same issue but don't stop reading. You will like the results. The original crew placed the water outlet in a great location for me and my home, but Mother Nature didn't agree. Eventually neither did my neighbor. In the winter time, the pump would kick out water and it would work its way towards the side walk and fill up inches of frozen Ice. Not safe for people out on walks and even though I would try to break it up and salt it. Nothing could stop it from building up causing problems and working its way to my neighbor’s driveway. Eventually winter ended and I thought I was done with that issue. I had figured I will call Everdry in the spring and see if they could come up with a plan to prevent this. Not so fast, in the spring with all the excess rain and water, it started flowing over near my neighbor’s driveway and made a muddy mess for them. I called Everdry and explained my issue. Within days a Supervisor was out to look at what my install results were. He came up with a plan
Great experience, superior product. From what I have seen so far, very customer service oriented!
