We have an older home with a basement that would always flood after a heavy rain. Everdry installed a sump pump along with the EZ Breath ventilation system several years ago and we have not had any other issues. Most importantly, our basement is now usable living space. Highly recommend using their services.

Before we called EverDry, we constantly had to check our sump pump every time it rained. Now that we have had the work done by EverDry, we no longer worry about water problems, & we can relax when it rains. We now have extra living space which we can enjoy in our home. Thank you, EverDry!

We had Everydry come out and waterproof our basement after experiencing numerous floods. They did an amazing job and their staff were courteous through the entire process of working in our home. Our basement no longer smells of mold/mildew and is usable space for us now. I would highly recommend!

We had a pretty good experience and the work was finished quickly. We had this done a number of years ago and have not had any leaking. We did have some initial issues with the battery back-up and heavy drainage into our backyard, but Everdry came and corrected everything.

I am ever so grateful for Everdry installing E-Z Beathe when they waterproofed my basement last year. We didnâ t realize that we had several slow natural gas leaks. At first the fire department pointed the E-Z Breathe as the culprit, but in reality it was pulling the air with gas out of our basement and preventing it from reaching the first floor where my 88 year old mother spends all of her time. Because I went in the basement, I suffered from gas poisoning and was okay after a trip to the ER. Had my mother inhaled the amount of gas that was being emitted, I am sure that her body could not have handled it and she probably would not be with me today. I thought of the E-Z Breathe for help against mold, mildew and keeping the basement dry, but I never thought of it as a means to help remove other toxins or exposure from the atmosphere. To me, this system was true life-saver.

When I bought my house years ago, I quickly discovered that it was subject to flooding and mold after heavy rains. I got basement waterproofing quotes from several different companies, including Everdry. In 2013, I chose Everdry because their system was the only one I felt would address all my problems. They also offered a warranty that was transferrable to a future owner and I knew that as a well-established company, they will be around to transfer the warranty when it comes time to sell. The system does require maintenance every few years due to normal wear and tear, and customer service department has been very responsive in sending parts and/or labor as needed. The parts come at a reduced cost or even free due to the warranty. My only regret is that I wish I had gotten it done sooner than 2013. It would have saved me a lot of headache!

Our finished basement flooded 4 times in the year prior to hiring EverDry (Fairfield, Ohio office). We have not had any problems since and no longer worry when we have heavy rains. Also, the EZ Breathe system has corrected the mildew problem. We highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing. The crew was polite, professional and did a great job of cleaning up.
