We had a major issue with leaking in our basement because we live in an older home. So we had to have work done and hired Everdry. Everyone was very professional. They were done in a timely manor. They were very neat and clean and put things back where they belonged. On top of this they were also very honest. My daughter had lost a ring and believed that it was gone forever because we searched high and low. While working in the basement in the area of the washer and dryer one of them found this ring and returned it. We would never have known if they kept this ring. My daughter was so happy to have her ring back. Highly recommend this company

We had some major flooding due to a very heavy rain for several days. The house did not have a sump pump or any real drainage system in place, and we wound up with standing water throughout the basement. Everdry installed their system with indoor and outdoor drainage system including a new sump pump system. It was over a year since the system was installed before we had another major rain where part of our year appeared to be a small stream that pelted the foundation and left water pooling at several locations outside. On the side however, the basement remained dry with no leakage or water to be found. In summary, the system was a little pricey, but turned out to be worth the investment. So far, the basement really has been "everdry".

We purchased an older home that was claimed to have been waterproofed in the past (either by another company or the homeowners attempting to do it themselves) - it didn't take long to see the water seeping in. Our house is basically built on a hill and water naturally comes down against the house. Everdry came in and did the job right. We found a few issues right after the initial job, but they always came out promptly and professionally to take care of the problem. Since then, we haven't had a single problem.

I have used EverDry for more than ten years, stating when I had some flooding in my basement after extremely heavy rain. I called EverDry and the crew that was sent was excellent â  professional, considerate and polite. They sealed a wall, both in the interior and exterior, and installed a pump. Some time later the pump was not functioning properly, and repairs were made immediately and at no cost due to the lifetime warranty of the company. I recommend their service highly. I purchased the interior/exterior waterproofing system for my home after we began having major water intrusion early in 2019. The problem was so severe that our basement would leak every time it rained. The install crew was professional, knowledgeable, and answered the many questions I had. Since the installation of the system in May of 2019, we have only had one incident of water intrusion, and that was during a two-day flash flood in our area. As part of the lifetime warranty, Everdry sent a team to diagnose the cause of this small leak and correct it. While the cost of this system may seem slightly on the high end, they were the only waterproofing company we found that provided a lifetime warranty against both the walls and floor from having further issues. The only comment I have that is less-than-positive deals with the EZ Breathe system. I would not recommend the use of this system as a primary means to control humidity in the basement. During operation, the EZ Breathe will expel air from the basement, drawing conditioned air from the rest of the house into the basement. However, air infiltration caused by this negative pressure results in outdoor air being drawn into the house. In summer months, when outdoor air is often more humid than indoor air, it seems like this ends up introducing more humidity into than house than would have been expelled by from the basement. That said, I still use the EZ Breathe in conjunction with a dehumidifier in the basement. In all, extremely happy with the peace of mind this system has given us.

My house was built on a block foundation. It leaked a lot and was ruining anything that was down there. I saw commercials for Everdry and gave them a call. A guy came out and looked at the basement and checked for mold. Then he gave me options after explaining them. I picked work to be done on the outside and on the inside. He gave me a price and some things I could do to bring the price down some. The crew that came to do the work did a great job! They were completed within 4 days. Now it is a year later and I am still very happy I made the decision to go with Everdry. The lifetime warranty and being able to transfer if I sold is priceless!!
