We had a water issue and drainage issue complicating the lower-level water issue in our home. This happened many years ago. EVERDRY gave us a plan to resolve our multiple problems and completed the solution effectively both outside and inside our home! We have never had another issue, although many of our neighbors did!! And EVERDRY makes sure we are completely satisfied with meaningful contacts and updates.

We've got an early 80's Zicka 4 BR house. Turns out the foundation drainage wasn't done properly when the house was built...our sump pump only drained ~1/4 of the basement because water doesn't flow uphill. Everdry jack-hammered the inside perimeter of the basement, replaced the drain system, installed a Cadillac-grade sump pump, trenched around the outside of the foundation, installed plastic sheeting & french drains. I've never seen a crew work like them. Wasn't cheap, but the job definitely wasn't easy. I hope Ian the crewleader runs for president.

In 2017 we had experienced water seeping in part of our basement after heavy spring rains. We contacted Everdry to come out and address the problem. They gave us a prompt inspection and proposal and scheduled for the first available date. They provided detailed explanation what they were going to do, how they would minimize disruption, and complete the clean-up. The Everdry team showed up on the scheduled date, and their team conducted drain line trenching on the exterior foundation as well as the basement perimeter foundation floor. I was impressed how efficient that their team worked at the very labor intensive digging and drain line installation. I could tell that the work team was very knowledgeable and experienced at doing this. We enjoyed a dry basement for until this past spring 2023, when a small amount of water showed up in the corner of the basement after a particularly intensive week of pouring rain. We called Everdry, and they sent out a service person to determine what was causing this. He identified the source of the problem, and an easy fix that was addressed several weeks later. I appreciated their responsiveness and ability to provide a timely solution. While they may not provide the cheapest service, they are excel at what they do and I highly recommend them.

Over the last 20 years since I had the waterproofing installed, I have had a few minor issues with the easy breeze or my sub pump or the back up battery. They have always been there in a timely manner and have taken care of the issue quickly. Before Everdry I had water in my basement all the time. For the last 20 years my basement has been dry. I am a very happy customer.

Since Everdry waterproofing we no longer have to worry about the rain. The sound of the sump pump going is welcomed sound. Plus the transferrable warranty when we go to sell just makes it more appealing for the buyer. Already recommended to coworkers.
