Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

They were extremely professional and did a big job to our home. They left it clean and were very through in explaining everything that was done. They came back around 8 months after the job and releveled the area outside. We also were not happy with how it was draining out in our yard. So I called them and they came out and redid how it was draining to fix the problem. I have not one complaint with my services and would definitely recommend them.

Everdry did a great job for us and our basement no longer leaks. Really appreciate all they did for us. Workers were very tidy and keep everything clean. Thanks for everything you did.

There was a lot of water entering the basement when I bought this house. Everdry was able to come in and waterproof the entire basement. In the beginning there were a few areas that continued to get water, but with each incident Everdry was able to send someone within a week to evaluate the issue and determine a good date for their team to come repair. Everyone I have worked with from Everdry has been very friendly and professional.

A dry basement....a dream come true! We've lived in this house for many years, raised our family here and we always dealt with the water issues in the basement-mopping, sweeping, dehumidifier, etc. I'd often dream of getting it fixed but wasn't sure how to go about finding the right contractor. Then I stopped by the Everdry booth at a local fair & from the first contact until they drove away after the work was done we had a great experience. There were no surprises. They knew what to do to fix the water issues. They did what they said they would do. The workmen were professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend their work. I couldn't be happier. Sometimes I'll just go down and walk around in my dry basement and enjoy it - clean, dry, & smelling fresh - living the dream!

Highly unsatisfied from day one. Left my house a muddy mess at the end of the day, with rocks and mud all over in my house and my 2 babies walking and crawling around. I had to clean up the mess. Then from there it only got worse. I have had the company out 3 to 4 times to fix water from coming into my basement and crawl space. Still to this day a year later, I am still having standing water in my basement and the best they can tell me is well we can get to you next Tuesday. I mean, I spent around 20 thousand dollars on this project and still getting a lot of water in my house. It is unbelievable what this company will do to the average person. If I was able to post pictures or videos, I would, and show the proof of how bad this really is. I hope this review helps people stay away from Everdry.

We found an issue with water on a few of the walls in our lower level. We contacted EVERDRY and they confirmed our issue and provided a solution that would provide long term resolution and benefit for us. We had them perform the work and have been very satisfied with the outcome. Our lower level is perfect and no water problems and the work was accomplished in 2006. We could not be happier with what they did for our home.

I have had this warranty, it transferred with my house when I bought it. And it has been the most useful thing that the house came with. Everytime I have had any water issues, they have came out, inspected, and corrected the problem. The work looks amazing, and looks like the house was just built with their work already in it. It is that good. I would and do recommend to anyone looking for waterproofing or having water issues in their house.

We are first time homeowners who felt like we were in over our head when water kept seeing in our basement nearly each time it rained. We appreciated John from Everdry taking the time to sit down with us and explain our different options and for providing visuals of the different options so that we could better understand each option and choose the one that best suited our house. Everdry was able to get us in relatively quickly and completed the work in about 3 days. The crew that worked on our house was respectful and timely. Upon completion of the project we had a few dry weeks, but an additional issue arose. I contacted Everdry and they sent a foreman out to review the issue and a crew was dispatched to resolve this problem in a timely manner. Since then, weâ  ve had no water in our basement which has been a huge relief.

Everdry waterproofed our basement back in 1993. For 25 years we had absolutely no problems with water in the basement. After several serious storms in 2018 we developed in our basement again. We called Everdry hoping to get the repair done under our warranty, although we were not convinced anything would be done after such a long time. To our surprise and delight, Everdry stepped up and repaired the problem at no additional cost to us. I will recommend Everdry to anyone with basement water problems or anyone who does not want to have any water problems. A great company that puts excellence back into customer service. Ken Bryant

Had Everdry come out to fix water leak. They estimated it to be a two day job. But ended up taking 7 days because the concrete was so thick. Even though it took 4 extra days. I wasn't charged anything extra. Though for sure they would have came for money. But they stuck to the contract. Don't find to many companies like that anymore! The guys that came here were very nice. I felt comfortable enough leaving them at my house while I went to work. Would definitely recommend them !! By the way they also have a great warranty
