"We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! "Wake plumbing helped us with a complicated sewer line repair. Our line crosses over and ties in with 2 of our neighbors. The old clay pipes were collapsing and causing things to back up. We had previously had another company come but were very disappointed in their work. When Wake found out that we had just paid someone else to run a camera through the line they didn’t add that cost to our bill. They stayed late and made sure things were taken care of until the excavation could take place. The owner came on the next visit and discussed what steps needed to take place. Most importantly I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and made the repairs as affordable as possible. Wake is our new plumbing company. I will never need to call anyone else."
