Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

We have had the EVERDRY system installed in our home for over 15 years. The installation was professional and has resulted in a totally dry lower level in our bi-level. Their warranty has been exceptional. At our request, they sent technicians to inspect the sump pump and replaced it due to a sticking switch. We asked for an inspection after getting our driveway done with pavers to ensure there would be no impact on the drainage. The inspection was quickly scheduled and performed.

The workers finished in half the time I expected. Minor problems were resolved without difficulty. I went months without water and when it did recur they found the source and scheduled repair, all under the warranty. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous.

I am so incredibly thankful for Everdry Waterproofing. I bought an older home and with it being my first purchase, I never knew that it would come with issues with water in my basement. Everdry was a quick and easy solution. They had someone come to my house the next day after my call to walk me through my options and the process. They offer one of the most extensive fixes for waterproofing basements which was lovely. When it time came for the actual waterproofing, it took less than a week. Those men work hard! The work crew arrived as scheduled. The foreman introduced himself and all the crew. They covered everything that I had moved in the basement with plastic. They kept the dust to a minimum, clean-up was complete. They always informed me when they were leaving and the next day's arrival time. I had to have a drainage system installed along the perimeter of the inside basement which required jackhammering a trench. They also had to dig a drainage trench around the outside perimeter of the house. They were careful when digging around existing landscape. I was very pleased with the results and workmanship.
