Everdry was very responsive, thorough and honest through the process. Being a first time home owner I was at a loss with the whole process but they explained everything well. Also, the actual process of waterproofing my basement was quick and efficient, have not had a problem in the last two years...and we have had a lot of rain!!

Canâ t say enough good things about this company. We bought our home with a known water infiltration problem. They not only alleviated and redirected the water from our foundation, they waterproofed the interior and exterior foundation walls, as well as addressed the block walls cracks and bowing. I waited until now to post a review on my EVERDRY system installation to outline my experience, ensuring enough time had passed to determine if it was working properly. It has been 1 year since our EVERDRY system was installed and have not had any water issues in our basement since installation. Our house (2005) was originally built with improper (and flat-out missing) drainage -- no idea how the builder passed inspections. The existing "drainage system" could not keep up with the high water table in our neighborhood. In addition, no sump pump was ever installed to deal with any water backups. Slowly but steadily the water built up under the foundation, slab, and basement walls. Water finally started seeping through the basement floor. Sales was quick to respond, give a thorough on-site inspection, and explained everything I needed to understand about my options. I was particularly impressed with their lifetime, transferrable warranty. My (significant) research online looking at various contractors and vendors matched everything the sales person outlined to me. When my time on the schedule arrived, the installation was completed in a few days. Every effort was made to keep the basement, storage areas, and stairwell clean. Some concrete dust is unavoidable, but I'm completely satisfied with their preventative and clean-up efforts. The work crews put in 100% effort (back-breaking work) and ensured they addressed all of my specific needs. No more shifting and cracking basement walls! No more worries! I highly recommend giving EVERDRY an opportunity to discuss your situation if you have waterproofing needs. P.S. I've read some other reviews that are hard on the work crews appearance. These workers are hard laborers and dress appropriately for the job. Don't expect them to be shoveling rock and pouring concrete in a 3-piece suit. I have great respect for these hard workers!

I was worried about waterproofing my basement because of the bad job most companies do in this field (Some are scams). I hired this company for its good customer reviews and I was right. They did an outstanding job, minimized my reconstruction work, and met their deadline. I also got their yearly warranty. I called a year later, telling them that one of the two sump pumps was connected to an outside drain line that was clogged. I was worried they would tell me that an outside drain line is not part of their system. Instead, they showed a high sense of ownership for their work and sent a crew to replace the drain line free of charge. Outstanding! I highly recommend this company.

In the first year of owning our first house, we had significant water damage to our finished basement. We contacted Everdry and they installed a dual waterproofing system in the interior and exterior of our home. We have not had any water issues since then (10 years and counting). In addition to the thorough job Everdry did, they also have a fantastic warranty. Over the years, Everdry has come out a few times to proactively address minor cracks before becoming a larger issue, all at no cost as part of the warranty. We have been very pleased with the services Everdry had provided us, and we would recommend them to any homeowner experiencing water issues in their basement.

EverDry is a fantastic company to work withâ ¦ Their customer service is phenomenal, and their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We only had one issue with our waterproofing when we first moved into our house in Aprilâ ¦ Everdry came as soon as they could, and addressed the issue and we have not had any issues since they came in September 2022.

After a hard rain we noticed some water leaking into our basement. The end goal is to finish our basement into a living space so we knew we would have to take care of this issue first. We researched multiple waterproofing companies around Cincinnati and decided to go with Everdry because of their knowledge and responsiveness. Within a day of calling to inquire about their services, we had a representative out to look at our basement and let us know what options would be best for us. Their solution was much cheaper than other companies and they even helped with financing. The whole experience was smooth. We have had issues with our battery backup and all we have to do is call and someone is out to help right away. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
