Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

My husband and I had waterproofing completed in June 2021 when we discovered a leak during the process of finishing our basement. From the beginning of the process with the inspection and sales associate through the project completion we found everyone clear and concise when explaining what would happen at every stage. Everyone was very friendly and work areas were always left clean and work was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Everdry was very easy to work with and would recommend them to anyone in need of waterproofing and foundation repair.

I had Everdry waterproof my basement almost 20 years ago. It was one of the best decisions I have made concerning me home. It has been totally worth every penny. They have always been great to work with and super responsive. The peace of mind is truly priceless. Before I had Everdry come out...I remember that sinking feeling of coming home to a flooded basement. I do not miss that feeling whatsoever and have never had a single issue with water since they installed the waterproofing system. Once my sump pump had stopped working due to just being old. They came out quickly and replaced with new and I owed nothing. Talk about service. If you are reading this and considering waterproofing, I strongly recommend you give them a call!

Creatively fixed leak but concrete patch work was substandard but returned to fix

I had a terrible crack in the foundation when I bought my house and every time it rained water would get in. On the heavier rains it was a nightmare to cleanup! I finally pulled the trigger on getting it remedied and contacted several companies. EverDry was the more expensive option of them all, but we werenâ t comparing apples to apples to be fair. Their company offered what seemed to be all inclusive option to really take care of my problem and prevent any future problems. When I do things I like to do them right even if it means spending a little more. The battery backup for my sump pump wasnâ t really working at the time and the prior contractor who installed it was kind of fly by night if you will â so I was happy to get that fixed in EverDryâ s package. I was intrigued by the E-Z breathe system they were installing as part of the package. Iâ m pleased to report after years and years of this work being completed everything has held up and Iâ ve had no issues since. I even waited to do this review so I could truly evaluate b/c afterall, everything should be good right after itâ s addressed, right? The unfinished basement space doesnâ t smell like a basement anymore and I can work on finishing the space without feeling like something could happen. Now every time it rains I donâ t have to worry. Their transferrable warranty was also a nice selling point as well.
