Very happy with Everdry, their customer service is great, and the system works very well. Just had our sump pump replaced under warranty after 11 years of good work, and service was quick and clean.

We had our basement waterproofed and a sump pump put in. EverDry did a professional job and continues to take care of any of my needs. The are reasonable in cost and give a warranty on their work and products. Whenever I have needed anything, their staff at the Cincinnati office has always been helpful and nice to me. I would highly recommend using them to any of my family or friends.

We discovered that we were stuck with a wet basement just a couple of months after moving into our home, which had been built in 1920. EverDry Waterproofing of Cincinnati came to our rescue! While it was an unplanned expense to have the basement waterproofed, it's been worth every penny. The work was completed in September 1999, almost 20 years ago, and the system is still working great. We continue to renew our warranty with EverDry each year. Any time we've had a question or small issue, they've been quick to respond and solve the problem. As a bonus, the sump pump they installed in our basement floor proved to be very useful on the day our water heater broke when we were at work and leaked gallons of water before we could get home and shut it off. So in a way, EverDry Waterproofing of Cincinnati has come to our rescue twice!

We had EVERDRY out to our house to remedy a pre-existing basement water issue that was not disclosed to us by the previous homeowners. They were concise and efficient with their proposal and were able to quickly and thoroughly complete their work in our basement. We are now able to use our basement for storage, living space, and a play area, without issue. The investment was well worth the cost. We maintain our yearly warranty and have always been pleased with their customer service and responsiveness. We definitely recommend EVERYDRY for waterproofing needs!

Having EVERDRY Waterproofing of Cincinnati do the work to waterproof our home was one of the best decisions and best investments we have made in our home! EVERDRY's waterproofing service is exceptional! We originally used EVERDRY back in 2005 on our house couldn't be happier. We have also referred many friends & family to EVERDRY. We are so happy with the job Everdry did for us. No more water laying on our basement floor and no more mold from the moisture. We have used our warranty 2 times due to sump pump issues. They replaced the pump, with no additional cost to us. Any issues we've ever had, they come out and fix it.
