We had Everdry of Cincinnati come out over 15 years ago. We keep current on their annual warranty program and had to use it once. They came right out, made the repairs and we have not had an issue since. We are happy with their service.

I had water issues in my basement for years and finally decided to do something about it. We had met with a couple of different companies, but were extremely impressed with everdry. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were careful to keep our home as clean as possible. We had no issues or complaints with their work. After they were finished we were given a tour of everything theyâ ve done and gave us phone numbers in case we had and questions or issues. We ended up having one small issue that was promptly taken care of. We couldnâ t be happier with everything. You should definitely highly consider Everdry for all your waterproofing needs.

Once I kept seeing water in my basement. I remembered the commercial for Everdry I called them. When they came out very friendly. They took pride in keeping my house clean. Asked often if they were to loud or disturbing my family. When job was done they cleaned up behind themselves. They had me look at the finish work and explained everything to me. So thankful for Everdry.

We had a good experience with Everdry. The consultation and pricing estimates was easy to understand and all of the pros/cons were outlined to us. Once we decided to move forward with them, the crew was professional and flexible-- there was a scheduling mix up but it was easily handled. Additionally, the work was completed efficiently, with the team done within the expected timeframe and has shown no signs of deterioration.

We had Everdry installed in our home in 2015. We have a much older home and the basement had become a major headache every time it rained. Over the last 7 years has been a blessing since the system was installed. The work was completed in a very timely manner and site left as clean as they could make it (as cement work is always messy). We really appreciate the hardwork of the Everdry team. We are now able to use space that was once a wet, moldy space. Thank you!

Everdry has been very responsive and helpful when I have contacted them for repair or warranty work. Their service department has provided me with answers to questions that I had about the installation of their system as well as some pointers an refinishing over the top of their work to maintain it's effectiveness.
