These people were great they were very efficient and they cleaned up afterward very well.thorough. I had a terrible mess with my cinder lock basement cracking and letting in dirt. They came in and fixed the problem. Now my basement smells dry. I feel confident that those problems are over.

I purchased a hone with a flooded basement and lurking Mold problem . After getting bids from 2 other waterproofing outfits I chose Everdry because of their sincere confidence that they would clear up the problem . I m glad I chose Everdry. Worth Every Penny!!! After dealing with a leaky and sometimes flooded basement for 13 years I finally decided to get the work done and it was everything they said it would be. It finally gave me a sense of relief and I'm no longer holding my breath every time the weather man/women forecast rain. I also received a free air filter that they installed in the basement as well. The lifetime warranty is a plus as well. They came out and checked their work, patched any new cracks they saw, filled dirt if needed and even fixed my laundry sink pipe that was leaking (not part of the warranty). The warranty is also transferable to new owners if I decide to sell my home!

It has been a few years since EverDry waterproofed my basement inside and outside and also added a ventilation system. When I started researching companies, I found many that were willing to waterproof my basement for less but I decided I didnâ  t want a fly by night company. My house is 60 years old and my basement smell clean and does not have a musty odor as many older home basements have. I also love the fact that EverDry offers lifetime warranty on their work. We had EverDry install drainage lines and an Ez-Breathe several years ago. The work was extensive but completed on time. Best of all, my basement is still dry years later...as advertised.

We started to get some issues with our crawl space when we had a water pipe bursting. We hired another company to get it cleaned and they let us know that our crawl space was not properly waterproofed and made a quote. My husband found EverDry Waterproofing of Cincinnati in HomeAdvisor and called them for a waterproof inspection. They explained that we had more issues in our crawl space (sump pump was not working properly, mold, humidity) that the other company had told us, so we decided to work with them. When the crew showed up to start working, they were on time, explained what they were going to do that day in detail and always being respectful. We are more than happy with the work the did. I can't say enough about Everdry Waterproofing. Three years ago they waterproofed my basement. The dampness and odor are gone. I can use my basement again! The crew was very professional and efficient. There was no mess left behind. I have had to call them once to come out. They came quickly and checked the system out. The very cold weather was causing the system alarm to go off and need to be reset. I have had no other issues . Would highly recommend

We purchased a house that had been waterproofed by EverDry back in the late 80s. The previous owners had not maintained the warranty, but EverDry allowed us to resume the warranty after it had lapsed. Unfortunately we had to use the warranty service, but luckily we had it available. Shortly after moving into our house we noticed our basement would get little streams of water from different points in the waterproofing system. We had EverDry come take a look at it and they scheduled a time to fix it. Unfortunately there was a massive storm that hit before then and our basement flooded completely. It was frustrating at the time, but in the end it would not have mattered as the diagnosed issue did not end up being the issue. After the first fix we had the same issue shortly after when another big rain hit. We called and scheduled another inspection and subsequent fix. I believe the attempted the same fix the second time, and after the crew was finished the foreman told me that I shouldn't expect this to fix the issue. I appreciated the honesty, he did all of the work he was advised to do and didn't think the diagnosed issue was the root cause. He was right, we had the same issue after the next big rain, but thankfully we were already expecting it. Called back again to schedule another inspection and mentioned that they had only checked the system inside of our house, could it be something on the outside? Turns out the pipe that drains to the street (which is attached to the waterproofing system, as well as our gutters) had been paved over by the city. I guess 30 years of the roads getting every so slightly wider with each paving finally reached the pipe. As such, all water attempting to drain to the street was hitting the obstruction and going right back into our basement, overwhelming the system due to the large volume. Clog removed, issue solved. I removed a half-star due to the fact it took several visits and my recommendation to check the outside system, but in the end, no additional damage was done from the first instance of flooding, and that really wasn't their fault. Overall we've been happy with our experience with EverDry. Everyone that visited our house to either inspect the system or do repairs was on-time and professional, and like I said before, I appreciated the honesty from the one crew-member that stated he was not confident their work fixed anything that day.

We have been pleased with our Everdry system, which was installed about two decades ago. The basement has stayed dry and Everdry has helped us keep it that way over the years by installing a french drain next to our patio and sealing patio cracks. Everdry was a purchase that added value to our home.
