The EVERDRY representative was professional, punctual, and explained all the processes of the work to be done. The crew was professional and cleaned up after the job. The foreman also explained what i needed o do if I had any concerns.

When we moved in our home 20 years ago, we had severe water problems in our basement. Everdry installed a system that turned rainy sleepless nights into rainy sleep-filled nights. We had one minor seepage problem several years ago, and Everdry addressed the issue quickly and completely.

Everdry waterproofed my basement a year ago. I haven't had any water issues since it was completed. They did a great job and I recommend them.

When we bought our current home in 1993, there was significant water leakage in our basement, any time it rained more than a little bit. The problem turned out to be a gaping crack that ran almost the whole length of one of the concrete foundation walls which had been hidden behind paneling installed by the previous owner. We chose Everdry to do the work. They repaired the crack, sealed the outside of the wall, installed drainage tile outside as well as under the basement floor, and installed a sump pump to catch and remove any water caught by the drains. Since then, there has been absolutely no water in our basement. In all that time we have had only one problem with the pump -- the power cord got chewed by an animal that managed to find its way into our basement. Everdry came out to service it and replaced the whole pump with a new one at no charge. I was impressed with the speed of their response and their willingness to upgrade the pump rather than just patch the cord.

When I bought my house, it was a typical hot, dry summer in southwest Ohio. I didn't realize the extent to which the basement leaked until after I'd signed the papers and closed on the sale. If it rained for more than 15 minutes, I was in the basement with a bucket and mop, cleaning up water from from five or more spots. It got to be a very depressing situation. After doing some research, I called Everdry. They explained my options for fixing the basement and making it a useful, safe part of my house again. It was a big job, and not cheap, but it needed to be done. Everdry helped me with financing and then got to work. They installed a perimeter drain system with a sump pump, extended the downspouts outside, and improved the exterior grading to pull water away from the house. The whole thing was done in about four days. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful of my property. Those guys worked hard. It turned out to be a great decision to fix the basement. No matter how much it rains, it's dry down there. After about 18 years, the system still works perfectly. I've had Everdry out to do some additional waterproofing and replace the pump as part of my warranty. They've been a pleasure to work with over the years. I'll keep renewing that warranty, too.

We bought a brand new home, and the heavy rains led to seepage and leaking in our foundation. We were dreading dealing with the issue, but we are very happy with the outcome after they did their work. The team was courteous and hard working. they explained what they were doing as they were doing it, and stayed right on schedule. No one wants to waterproof their basement, but I would definitely recommend Everdry of Cincinnati.

We had been having water in our basement in several places every hard rain since we moved into our house about 15 years ago. Finally, I decided to do something about it, so I checked out a few different water proofing companies. The guy from Everdry seemed to know what he was talking about and the estimate was reasonable (but not cheap due to all the work required inside and outside). The workmen came out and dug a trench around the inside of our basement and around the outside of our house. The inside work was quite dirty and dusty but they contained the dust and cleaned up thoroughly. The outside work dug up some bushes that were too close to the house but otherwise everything was OK. At first, they trenched around the furnace, but it leaked. So they came back (I had the furnace temporarily moved) and redid the inside work behind the furnace. It has been almost 2 years and we have not had any leaks. I am very happy with the work. It is also comforting to know that when we do sell the house we have a transferable life-time warranty to give the next owner (a big selling point). I would highly recommend Everdry water proofing company.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement over 5 years ago. They did a great job and even went the extra mile when we found little surprises along the way. They have come back once a year to check their equipment and have take care of an issues we have had with no charge. We highly recommend them and very glad we chose them to take care of our issue!!!

We had Ever Dry waterproof our basement over 30 years ago! But I do remember being really surprised at how efficient they were at their work. They were respectful and wore coverings over their shoes when walking through our house. Obviously it is going to be noisy when they are digging up concrete in the basement and I dreaded thinking about all that concrete having to be taken outside. To my surprise, I never saw any of it. They took it out through the basement window and cleaned up so well after themselves. I worried about the landscaping but it all survived just fine. When they left and I looked around outside I was just amazed at all they had done in only a few days and now everything looked back to normal. We have been so pleased with the results. Over these many years there have been only a few times we've had to call them when we noticed a little bit of water close to the pump. One time the pump had to be replaced but it had been years since it was installed so this wasn't a shock. No charge for anything. A couple other times they had to come and do some minor things. Fortunately it was always the wall by the pump that was the issue and they were able to remedy the problem. Again no charge. We would highly recommend them
