Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

It's been one year since the EVERDRY team came out and fixed my basement. I didn't write a review immediately because I wanted to make sure the work held up. My basement flooded all the time. Sometimes when it rained, sometimes out of no where. My aunt and uncle used Everdry and told me to call them. I'd seen their basement before and after and it was like a different house. I called and the rep came out. He explained everything to me and took a lot of time answering all my questions. I research everything and never make an impulsive buy so I had a LOT of questions. I didn't sign up that day because, well, I had to research. ;) I called a few other places and found one or two that could do it for 1-2k less but wouldn't offer a guarantee on the work at all and definitely not a guarantee that is transferable to new owners if I sold the house. All the good reviews and the warranty are what did it for me. Shawn and his team came out and they were great! They worked extremely hard and were very personable. They were very careful with the flowers outside around the house and everything in my home as well. Shawn was able to answer any questions I had and even walked me through each process and each step the guys were on. I felt completely in the know and I saw firsthand how hard the work was. They had to dig through the cement floor and walls of my basement! They were here for 3 or 4 days and finished on time, cleaned up the mess, explained my next steps and what to look for and who to call if there were any issues at all. There haven't been. I am SO glad I went with EVERDRY. The entire company- from rep to installers to owner to customer service has been great. I truly appreciate the work and my family appreciates using the basement! Also, if you have a choice between getting the EZ breathe or not, get it. Within 24 hours I noticed a difference in the smell of my entire house. I cant say enough about the whole EVERDRY team.

EverDry waterproofed my house in July 2019. From the first meeting with the Sales Consultant I felt confident that this was the team for me. He explained all my options in great detail and provided clear estimates for each option. I chose to do both inside and outside based on the age of my house. The team that performed the work was pleasant and professional and worked hard in 100 degree heat! The whole process took about 3 days and the Foreman kept me informed every step of the way. Another team came back about 12 weeks later to do an inspection and address any issues. Again, the team that came out was pleasant and professional and took care of everything that afternoon. Everything has settled nicely and my finished basement has stayed dry ever since. I would highly recommend EveryDry.

We had a very bad leaky foundation. We called EverDry after contacting a few other contractors. We hired them on the spot. Their pricing was great, their quality was perfect, time was great, and CSR is the best. We haven t had any other problems since . Our air is cleaner with the air purification system. Best of all no leaks and no concerns. I definitely recommend EverDry.

We Bought an old farm house in 2017 and the service basement had three feet of water, called Everdry and they solved the problem. Even after finding more than they Bid they pushed through and fixed the problems. Water free and still Dry.

My basement leaked for years. We had mold and it was very disgusting. Everdry came in several years ago and ever since we have used them we have not had one drop of water in the basement. It was totally worth the investment in our home. My basement no longer smells musty or has a stale odor. The gentlemen that did the job were professional and knew what they were doing. I would definetley use them again.

After a heavy rainstorm, our basement flooded. This had happened twice before. We were beyond frustrated and searched for a permanent solution. We found three waterproofing companies on this site and received presentations of the scope of work and cost estimates from each. Everdry, without question, was the best company for a permanent fix. And boy, were we right. They trenched the basement and installed a second sump, and trenched the outside perimeter. We have had two severe storms since they completed their work and our basement has been bone dry If you want a dry basement, at a great cost, the obvious choice is Everdry.

I had water coming out of the walls everywhere, also backup sewage after a 3" rain in 1 hr. 2 walls were bulging & I was frantic. Called Everdry & they came promptly. Had to take out a loan and call them back a couple of times, because of some moisture on the floor, but this was the best decision I have ever made.
