Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

We have had a great experience with Everdry thus far. No matter how much rain we have had, there is been no moisture in the basement. We bought a house that had been recently serviced by Everdry and the warranty transferred over smoothly to us which is nice. I was not aware that there was a $75 annual cost associated with renewing the warranty, so my first payment was late. Everdry called me letting me know that my payment was late, but when I explained the situation, they waived the late fee for me. All in all, I cannot complain.

We were excited to purchase our first home in 2018. That excitement faded quickly as we learned we had SERIOUS water issues in the basement that were not disclosed. There was a waterproofing system already installed by another company but it was essentially useless as we had water coming in every time it rained. After our brand new carpet was ruined, along with some furniture, we called Everdry. The guys installed the system within 3 days- less than expected. They were informative and kept us updated throughout the process. We have since been able to refinish our basement, add new carpet/ furniture and turn it into a fully functional living room with NO water coming in at all, even during the spring downpours. Highly recommend their systems!

Great Company that keeps up the promise of dry basements

We had our basement waterproofed in two of our homes by EverDry. Our experience and their workmanship were top notch. Whenever weâ ve had questions, customer service has been fast and friendly. We will never use or recommend anyone other than EverDry.

After trying every YouTube fix we could find, we were still waking up to standing water in our basement after a hard rain. We went with Everdry because of their reputation, and I can t tell you how glad I am we did! It s now been one year, and our finished basement has been completely dry since Everdry did the work. Not having to worry when I see thunderclouds is an amazing feeling!!!

Overall, our experience with EverDry was good. They came out to work on three occasions and were on time and courteous. The first time was their initial system install. The second was to clean up from the first (their mop broke the first day). And the third was to replace a plastic panel because they had covered up our well pump electrical wires and the panel had to be cut to get to them. Our basement is now dry and we are finally able to store stuff down there so overall we're satisfied.

Don't hire anyone else! They can out when they said they would, and left my basement cleaner than it was before they did the job. I haven't had any water issues since and it has been a year! I would highly recommend

I highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing. We had a very wet basement every time it rained. They came right away and have an estimate. They got started a week later and it s now been over a year and our basement has stayed completely dry. The employees were polite and professional. They did an outstanding job.

My wifeâ s and Iâ s experience with Everdry was exceptional. The in home evaluation was easy and the professional explained exactly how the process works and was upfront about pricing. Their customer service was excellent in helping get us scheduled (we had a baby on the way and wanted to get it done before the baby was born) so they worked to squeeze us in which was appreciated. On the actual construction days, the team was professional and communication was good with the project leader. We are one year from installation and have had some big rains and the basement is still bone dry. Iâ ve since had to call with followup questions regarding warrantee upkeep, and their phone customer service is excellent and they are so easy to get a hold of. I know that many struggle with contacting contractors for followup and the easy of mind that this is an established business with good communication and followup for customers is worth it. My only complaint is the website is rudimentary is very challenging to support online bill pay for the warrantee payments, but other than that, a very good job!

We had a serious water problem in our finished basement caused by the previous owner ignoring and covering things up prior to sale. We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. EverDry came in with a great price and completed the job in less than a week, including both outdoor (waterproofing) and inside work (drainage channels, sump pump, air filtration). Everyone was very professional and made sure they explained what was being done and what we could expect. We have had only one major issue since this work was performed about 7 years ago which had to do with the sump pump - it took a few visits to isolate the issue, but they were able to replace the part(s) that were causing a problem and all was covered under warranty.
