I am so thankful I called Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati! I have a beautiful home that I plan on staying in the rest of my life. My basement had developed a crack in the foundation and allowing water to seep into my finished basement. I did not realize how much water was sitting around my foundation continuing to deteriorate it. I tried having someone patch it, however that was a temporary fix and the problem soon returned. Everydry came in and explained the entire problem to me and showed me how they could save my home. The men that completed the work were extremely pleasant and professional. They guaranteed their work and stand behind it with a 100% warranty. I never have to worry again!

During what was a very stressful time, Everdry was very responsive from the first time we called them about our flooding through the whole process and even following up for service. We felt like we were in good hands and they did a good job explaining the issues and our options with upfront accurate pricing. Very thorough, reliable and professional.

Bottom line: The work Everdry did was worth the money. I scheduled a time with the salesman to talk about my options for basement waterproofing. I’m not a fan of salesman, but he was polite and not pushy. He also described the process and the technology to my liking and understanding. That night we scheduled the start date for the work. The work started on time and was completed efficiently and thoroughly. That’s what you hope for when you’re spending this kind of money. I do believe it’s worth the money and peace of mind. Now every time it rains I don’t worry about my basement getting wet. It’s totally dry every time. Is it worth the investment? Yes. Is Everdry the company to go with? In my opinion, yes. They offer the most solutions to a wet basement for the money.

My home was waterproofed and a sump pump was installed in February 2021. Every employee from the inspectors to the men doing the labor were respectful and dependable. The week they were here it snowed several inches every day and they showed up every day and worked in cold/snowy conditions completing the job in a week. Iâ ve had no problems in a year since. I would recommend Everdry to anyone needing waterproofing

We had our basement waterproofed a year ago and it was the best decision! Our house is over 120 years old and since the waterproofing, we havenâ  t had any issues! Everdry was amazing to work with! They are extremely hard workers, very professional and have great customer service! We cannot recommend them enough!

2 weeks after moving into our new home the basement flooded. After calling around for quotes and looking at reviews trying to decide what company I'm going to trust my home with me and my husband choose Everdry. They sent out someone immediately and was able to give me and my husband options as to how we can go about fixing our basement in a timely matter. We were able to find the best solution for our situation without draining our savings account and they offer finance options. 10/10 would recommend.

When I moved into my home, I did not realize there was a water issue in the basement until mother nature dumped a good amount of water. I went online, found Everdryâ s website and called the number. Since their installation, the basement has been 100% watertight. The EverDry team that waterproofed my basement was efficient and professional. The entire process was explained prior and during installation. The installation did not take too long, and the cleanup is as good as the product they sell. Not the cheapest around but is well worth the money as this is something Iâ ll never have to worry about again. A great experience and definitely recommended. In addition, there is always a very friendly voice on the other side of the line when you call them. Overall, a great company to work with. A 10 in my book.
