I purchased a home built in the 1950's, which was erected on a sloped lot. After every rain and snow melt, the basement walls would leak through and I would get puddles of water at various spots in the basement. One area was around the chimney stack in the middle of the basement, which we thought was water coming down the chimney. After Everdry's initial inspection, it was found that the water was actually coming up into the basement from under the house. Since Everdry installed their waterproofing system, we have not had any issues with water getting into the basement and are happy to be able to use the basement again. The workers who came to install the waterproofing system were very professional and answered any questions we had. The work areas were cleaned every night before they left. They arrived on time and were finished ahead of schedule. Customer service has been pleasant to deal with and are able to handle any issues in a timely manner.

Our basement had water seeping up from the floor and when the ground was really wet, it was pouring in from the mortar in the cinderblocks! Everdry came in and not only fixed the inside problem, but they also fixed the outside issues, creating a drainage system to keep water away from the basement and if the water makes it to the basement, but there is also a system in place to get the water out! We are 1 year in and have had lots and lots of rain and not a drop of water in the basement! The crew actually build a snowman in the yard for my toddler. The foreman was very knowledgeable and willing to stop and talk things through until we were comfortable. All in I would recommend 10 out of 10!

Our home came with an Everdry warranty, 5 years later, we put it to the test!Everdry was fast, efficient, and friendly. They ended up having to dig down to the foundation of our house on 2 sides. They were amazing! The dirt was contained while the work was on going and once the project was complete they put everything back. Even the neighbors noticed their service and speed. The best part was there were no extra or hidden fees. All services were covered in the warranty. I Would highly recommend the company, the work, and the warranty!

I selected Everdry Waterproofing based on my parentsâ house getting waterproofed over 15 years ago. The waterproofing held up on their house well. I called the sale line and scheduled an inspection. The sales guy seemed very knowledgeable about the different waterproofing methodologies and I selected their waterproofing based on my parentsâ experience. The crew was schedule and it took a few days for the project to be completed. The initial team did not grind the walls enough and I have had to use the warranty a few times for small drips. The gentleman that completed the warranty work ground the wall and did reinjections that have fixed any water issues. The system could be improved if the water outlet was sent to the storm drain instead of the back yard. I have since put in a yard drain that has fixed the swampy area of the back yard. Overall, the investment to keep the basement dry has been worth the cost. I would select Everdry Waterproofing again, but would ensure the initial team ground the wall and check with the city to work a storm sewer or street hookup for the discharge.

Great things to say publicly and privately about this company. We had our basement waterproofed several years ago. Yes, they may be equal to or more expensive than their competitors, but they are worth it. From the ladies at the office, to the estimator and foreman on site - all were professional and polite. Their warranty and willingness to service the warranty is a sigh of relief.

We have been Everdry customers for over 25 years. They did a complete basement waterproofing job. No water issues since. They also replaced the sump pump at no cost when it had problems. Their warranty renewal cost is very reasonable I think. We are very pleased with their service.

Had them come and waterproof my basement. Had them come and change a few things they did but thats about it still a good service just pricey.

Everdry Waterproofing did an amazing job. They came out to inspect our leak we had in our basement and alerted us that our house was under warranty from the previous owner 20 years ago. All we had to do was to bring the warranty up to date. Who does that?!? Their honesty and integrity was incredible. They were very thorough in fixing the leak and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend their services.

Everdry did a good job waterproofing our basement inside and out. I would highly recommend. No more water in the house!
