Everdry completed the work and I have not had any leaks. I am able to utilize my basement as a household place again.

We found the problem with flooding of our basement in less than a year after we bought our house. We looked for waterproofing companies in the area. We chose Everdry based on the price for the waterproofing work and their customer service. We did not have any problem with our basement after the service. Ehe maintenance was made before 4 years. *this review is incentivized, but honest. Everdry offered to waive two years of my warranty payments for reviewing them on three websites.* The salesperson was not honest with us, we were told we would not have to remove the drywall framing in the basement and that they could install around it. This was untrue and we had to rip out all of that ourselves when the time came. We were told we were financing the entire job, but one week before were told we owed almost $2,000.00 that wasn't financed. After threatening to cancel the install, they waived that. The crew were unprofessional and the materials installed on the walls were crooked and do not look anything like the photos we were shown by the salesperson. Our washing machine was reinstalled incorrectly and leaked onto the new concrete, causing it to set incorrectly. They had to come fix it. The wall material around the basement windows is uneven and crooked, the seams running up and down the walls are all crooked, and overall it looks terrible. The foreman pressured me to write a letter of recommendation before he left, stating that if I did not it would impact his pay. The only reason this review is three stars and not one star is because the basement is dry, which was the point. But we would definitely not choose to do this again.

Had the basement waterproofed when we first moved in. They did nothing for the foundation outside. We started having leaks in some parts of the basement. Everdry did foundation work outside and inside. Their guarantee is great. I would highly recommend.
