Ever dry did a great job waterproofing my family room. No more water leaking in for 3 years now.

We always had water in our basement with the hard spring rains. In March of 2014, we had Ever Dry come in and water prove the outside and inside walls of the basement foundation. We have never had a problem since we had it done.

They had good response time when I left a message for them to call me back. They was on time for my appointment and vary efficient in there work performance.

I highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing. Our basement flooded several years ago and after EverDry came in, I do not have to worry about my basement flooding at all, even during the torrential springtime rains that we typically get. They are professional and I would highly recommend every household/business utilizes their services!

Everydry waterproofed our basement which included trenching around the outside perimeter of the home, trenching the inside perimeter of the entire basement, and installing a sump pump with backup battery. The work was quite extensive, but the team worked diligently to accomplish the messy task. We are so glad that we had this done because we have absolutely no water in our basement now, even with all the rain we have had in recent months. Yes, it was pricey, but we believe we received an excellent product and are very satisfied.

Excellent service and 100% dry basement. I was so pleased that I barely had ANY cleanup to do after all the cement that was jack-hammered. They covered everything I had and were particularly careful to cover my computer with several layers of plastic. It was spotless when uncovered. They worked conscientiously, efficiently and quickly. What a happy crew. We actually had fun! Great and fast follow-up on questions and additional services after the work was complete. I recommend EverDry wholeheartedly.

Certainly was pricier than other options but well worth it Work was well executed, service was fantastic from the guys doing the job to the call center folks.We have had one follow up service need that was taken care of promptly at no extra cost. We live in Fort Thomas and love that the warranty is transferable in case we ever look to sell our property.

Absolutely no water in my basement since everdry repair !! Piece of mind knowing its dry is priceless. We did have a small issue with some of the cleanup work, but they went above and beyond to correct the problem and keep me happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a home that Everdry had already waterproofed, but after moving in we had a few small issues. They have been very easy to communicate with, and came out and fixed each of our issues.In fact, they even tore out some previous work that I was not happy with and redid it with no questions. Sometimes you will need to wait for servicemen to come out, sometimes up to four weeks or more. I am not sure if this is different if you were to have an emergency. The guys that have come to our house have been friendly and work quickly, but they have on occasion tracked some dirt and debris through the house. Nothing serious, but worth mentioning. Overall, I am very happy, especially considering my basement has been dry through some extremely rainy weather this winter. I feel confident that our partially finished basement is safe and will last a lifetime.

I can not tell enough people how satisfied with Everdry. They completely changed my basement and now I have a great living space that is no longer wet or damp or humid. I highly recommend them. Very professional - got right to work and did not waste any time. Thank you Everdry
