The EverDry team that waterproofed my basement was efficient and professional. They took all measures necessary to explain the process to me and keep me updated as they worked. The only complaint I had was that they didnâ t address an area in my basement that I already discussed with the original sales associate. Several months down the line, the basement flooded again from that exact spot and a couple others. However, they honored the warranty and returned to fix the problem areas. I havenâ t had leaking since. The quality is good, if a bit pricey. And thereâ s a decent wait time on services, but I donâ t mind that much when the work is good.

Everdry is worth the money. Great customer service. I didn't have any issues with instillation. It's been over a year and haven't had an issue yet. 10/10 recommend!

everdry is a great company, timely, professional and caring. they did a great job with the waterproofing of my basement. and was able to get a professional out to my house in a timely manner when had questions and concerns

I have nothing but good things to say about EverDry. When I purchased by house in 2016 I purchased the EverDry Warranty (since the previous owners installed EverDry originally). I have had one issue since moving in. When I called EverDry they were quick to come out and fix the issue (adding a new drain in the basement). I was very happy with their overall service and quality of the product!

EverDry has been a real help in keeping my home dry and has not had one hiccup in over 15 years. The installation was on time and very professional. The service has been excellent. A key help has been transferring the warranty to the next owner, which has been very helpful as I prepare to sell my home. Highly recommend this company for sure

When we moved into our first home built in the 50s, we had a fully finished basement, not knowing there was water issues. When we realized it was more that just a crack we found Everdry at the home remodel convention and they have been wonderful. They have been out a few times to fix things as we found them (free of charge) the more we tore into our basement. Now our home is 100% waterproof because of them! I love the warranty. They are such a great company to work with.
