Customer service is more rare these days in all industry’s but these guys get it!

We had a rodent issue and the DryPro crew worked in a very tight space under our house built in 1924 to clean and replace all insulation. Very progressional crew who worked hard to get the job done and done well. We used Dry pro a few years ago to deal with some mold and seal our crawl space and will keep gong back for any issues in the future. Customer service is more rare these days in all industryâ s but these guys get it!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dry Pro today and a VERY professional crew they sent out. The workmanship is fantastic and SAVIORES took the time to break down what work was completed to make sure all was understood. This crew works well together and demonstrated their superior skills at foundation repair. My house is a remodeled and very late 1890's old farm house. These young men took the time to sturdy the floors and reinforce the foundation. Thank you Dry Pro!

Shane, Garrett, Marco, and Jose were all professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and skilled. They arrived and worked 12 hours straight with no breaks, to get the job completed. Did excellent job in difficult environment and circumstances. Would highly recommend.

Just closed on a house in Kannapolis and substantial repairs were required for the foundation. DryPro sent a very knowledgeable estimator who evaluated and explained what was required for which there was no charge. Within a week Saviores, Ethan and Alfonzo did all the work in a day and a half and were great at getting the job done. They were professional, did excellent work, left an immaculate yard behind and answered my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend DryPro.

Blake and Rodney did foundation repair work today. They did an excellent job !! The work was originally scheduled for tomorrow but they had a slot open up today. They came prepared and completed the job in less time than estimated. Barbara Ashton

Current update as of 12/2/2022 .... Three of Dry Pros Representatives came to my home to fully analyze the problem of the French Drain and the damage it caused. All were very cordial, apologetic and wanted to correct the problems. We were all in full agreement on the necessary action that needed to be taken in a timely manner. The three Dry Pro Representatives said Dry Pro strives to maintain satisfied customers. Poor quality service in putting a French drain across the front of my home brick wall. They used solid pipe that was not perforated, and it has caused rain to saturate my soil and build up underneath, causing damage to the driveway, brick wall, and joists. It demonstrates that no testing was performed when it was completed, and there was no follow-up for about six weeks afterwards. Update 1-4-2023----I would like to update the project with Dry Pro, they have fully completed the job by replacing without charge a new French Drain. They gave me the cost of the driveway, I was forced to put in June of 2021. The customer representative was very cordial to me as a customer, he understood exactly what the problem was and took care of it without any questions they exercise great quality service and reputable name for Dry Pro. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work!
