Well the man was very very nice and explained everything. Did some extra things that we didn't think we needed and that was very helpful. Â He was very thorough and careful and left everything clean. Left it in better shape than it was.
External french drain system was recommended to re-direct surface water around foundation of house and garage. Satisfied with the initial work plan and service proposal, but the actual work was sloppy. Piles of dirt were not removed from around the garage and a project supervisor had to come back to the house on a Saturday and re-dig sections of the French drain. The system did solve the problem around the crawlspace of the house, but hasn't been effective diverting water away from the garage.
Annual maintenance was performed a stated above and as expected. I have used Dry-Pro perform the annual maintenanceever since the system was installed and have never had any problems.
Our experience with Dry Pro was fantastic! We originally hired a lesser-known company to fix the moisture problem in our crawlspace. We believed that by hiring a smaller company we were somehow getting a better deal than by going with a larger more well-known company. Not only did this smaller company completely botch the job, they made our moisture problem worse. I finally contacted Dry Pro and received a very competitive estimate. There is a reason Dry Pro is the name that everyone recognizes. They are simply the best at what they do. They are knowledgeable, competitively priced and professional. Our estimator answered all of our questions without hesitation and provided an excellent estimate. The crew that arrived the day of our project exceeded our expectations. The worked quickly and left our property looking even better than when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation! I only wish we had contacted Dry Pro in the beginning and saved ourselves the time, money and frustration of dealing with another company.
They were very professional, all work was completed on time, and the price was very reasonable compared to other bids. I am very satisfied with the work, would highly recommend them
Having Dry Pro encapsulate our crawl space was an outstanding decision and experience. Chino and Adan worked without anything but water breaks for nearly 9 hours the first day and a couple of hours the next, cutting the estimated installation time by more than a day. Their work was especially neat, organized, and exceeded our expectations. Â Both men were quite polite and considerate of our driveway and yard as they worked. Â I called to have a vent cover re-installed as it fell out after they left, and Nieman came out the next day and quickly fixed this. Â He also installed an insulated insert foam panel to complete the seal against the crawl space door after discovery this was forgotten to be done by Chinno and Adan. Â The crawl space now is sparkling clean, smells fresh, and protects our home. Â This is a solid investment we're pleased to have made. Â One other benefit to us is the 12 months same-as-cash financing they offered us through Morehouse Finance Company, making the project cost easier to absorb in our budget.
It was great. I don't have any complaints. They did a good job.
The project began in the spring, and the company had to send teams out to the house multiple times. Their work even failed an inspection in the early summer. Once, when an older and clearly more experienced gentleman from the company came out to inspect the work that was done for the sump pump, he said they'd need to send a team out again to re-dig because it was done incorrectly. All-in-all, this relatively simple project took months, and my floors are still warped. When I contacted the company one last time this past September, they tightened some joists "for free," (I had already paid thousands) but wanted to sell me a dehumidifier because they said mold had started to grow under my home. Either the sump pump they installed isn't doing the job, or they are just trying to get more money out of me. No other contractors have since mentioned any mold since this project. Either way, I'm very dissatisfied with the work, and don't even get me started on the poor communication.
