Very professional.  They came out & checked the crawl space & made recommendations on what was needed to alleviate the moisture.  I was impressed that, unlike other companies, they did not overstate the problem in order to sell us services the situation did not warrant. From the menu of ideal fixes we discussed, we chose what we could afford that would dry the crawl space out & keep it dry -- if more needs to be done in the future, we can always add other equipment & procedures.  They also recommended other ways to re-direct rainwater from migrating toward the house. They were prompt, worked very quickly, & left the place looking spotless.  Installed a dehumidifer & explained how it works, as well as the remote device to keep an eye on its performance, which we have upstairs.  Extremely pleasant workmen. We were pleased with the work & if we need more done, will not hesitate to call them.

These guys were great to deal with.  Fast, detailed estimate and the installers were very professional.  They sealed our crawlspace, put in a dehumidifier and now our joist are dry.  The crawlspace is no longer scary, it is clean and dry!

They put a humidifier and a pump under my home because the joists were getting damp. They also sealed all the vents under my house and put the plastic under my house as a water barrier.  They seemed to know what they were doing.  They did come back to check after they put in the humidifier.

We had our basement crawl space cleaned and totally sealed to take care of major moisture and mold problems.  This was the best moisture control solution Dry Pro offers.  The cleaning portion was outsourced to Advanta Clean. They also did a very good job. All the work was done in a timely manner.  The different options for service were clearly explained to us with a written proposal after the initial inspection of our crawl space. The workers were all professional and cleaned up after the job was done.  I would recommend Dry Pro to anyone with moisture issues.

    It went very well.  They came when they said they would come, finished when they said they would and overall we were very pleased with their level of professionalism.

There were a few disconnects getting the estimate done because someone was out on the day of the planned appointment, but the office called and let me know. The estimate arrived very quickly after the visit. On the day of the service, the crew arrived early, worked hard all day, and got the drain done within the estimated time window. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.

The work was scheduled for 12/5/12.  Adam, Corey, and Darnell arrived on time and began cleaning out the crawlspace.  They removed some 17 barrels of construction trash (was probably there when the house was built).  The dirt was then raked and groomed for the plastic installation.  The additional 30 feet of french drain was dug out and piping installed.  This piping was tied into the existing french drain.  Then plastic was installed.  The crawlspace was left clean.  I was very pleased with the work that was performed.  The basement looks so much better.  More importantly, the moisture problem should be eliminated.  

I wished to deal with crawl space moisture in a 15-year old home.  Humidity imbalance was causing significant condensation in duct system, and I had some ground seepage during wet weather conditions.  I researched Dry-Pro Systems and had the company's reps diagnose our problem and possible solutions.  I found the company to be very professional and reliable from initial contact and dealings with office staff  through installation with their field crew. I have no qualms in recommending the company and look forward to my continued dealings with the firm.
