Andrew and crew performed a huge lift on a 10 year old concrete 16â x24â slab that had sunken approx 4â on one side likely due tree removal during land clearing. They completed the work before the Engineer inspected the job so remedial work was needed but Dry Pro covered that at their expense.

From Miguel, to the first 3 installers, to the second 3 installers and a special shout out to Hayden, who chose to ensure this project was 100% functionalâ  everybody at Dry Pro was totally user friendly, courteous, helpful. When there were a few hiccups the second crew carefully inspected and sought out an improved solution to work for us. When we had just a minuscule water leak, Hayden himself (the supervisor) came back out, investigated our setup and made some final tweaks to make our battery-backed sump pump system run flawlessly. Iâ  m very thankful for Dry Proâ  s excellent work, performance and commitment to us as customers. The buried cable/buried line guy who marked up our yard with flags spoke very positively of Dry Proâ  s reputation in our city. I highly recommend Dry Pro if you have basement leaks, need supports installed to firm up your foundation. Really well mannered, responsible, knowledgeable, genuinely caring group of guys and gals. Will call on them again if need arises in the future. Lastly, I brought in a number of companies to get quotes. I met some fine companies off the accredited BBB list, but in my opinion Dry Pro scores in the elite status yet with reasonable rates. They are a national company all backed up with proper engineering know how, licensed structural capability and competency.

I can't say enough about the great people who worked on my basement: WES, the salesman was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He came on time, explained everything and also met with my handyman to go over the work he had to do to prepare the basement for Dry Pro to do its work. He met with my handyman not once, but twice because the handyman wanted to make sure he had done everything that was needed. Great guy! Oscar, the crew leader, kept me informed as to what was going on and alerting me when he was on his way and leaving. The crew was always on time and Oscar explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. He also worked diligently and adjusted the work as needed to make sure they did the job right with only what was really needed. Crew members Antonio, Daniel and Cameron reminded me of an army of Eveready Bunnies: once they arrived they started working and kept going, and going, and going! The whole crew worked very hard and considering the type of work, they left the area clean and in good order. They were careful to cover everything before starting the work so as to protect the few things I had in the basement (my basement is being remodeled). Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism everyone showed and will be recommending DryPro to anyone I hear needs basement water mitigation work done.

I had my crawlspace encapsulated 2 yrs ago I opted for 5yr maintenance plan as well. DryPro always calls annually to setup the time. Brandon Wyatt was the specialist this time. He did outstanding and was very professional. After maintenance is completed he gave the outbrief with actual pics of what he did and if there were any problems. The install crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Blake C. And Blake B. quickly realized we had an issue with the project and consulted with their team and advised our options. This was after several previous engineer inspections but the issue that caused the stop was underground. Unfortunately the planned repair could not be completed due to unforeseen issues with the chimney foundation. The guys could have easily went ahead with the install but they knew the final result would not be to their standards nor would we be satisfied with the final product. Having the foresight to pause and reassess the situation keeping the customers cost in mind was exceptional.

Will, Bradley, and Blake were great. Kept us informed of the progress throughout. Great bunch to work with.
