WOW! If I would have ever imagined it would be this easy and look this good I would have had it done long ago! I had talked to several folks before but when I talked to my sales rep, Maddison my concerns were laid to rest. Maddison addressed all of my concerns, many before I even asked them, and offered me visuals that I really needed. My technicians, Rodney & Cody were beyond super! They were very concerned that my floor be as perfect as they could make it. They were actually concerned that their personal reputation was directly reflected in the work! How long since you have ever seen that pride in a craftsman’s work? I built my house 28 years ago and Rodney & Cody are be BEST workers that have EVER worked on my house! Rodney and Jose did a great job! They were very professional, and explained the process clearly. Made sure I was pleased before leaving. Our driveway was sinking in certain sections, and it now looks great!

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness that we received from the beginning to end of our foundation/crawlspace repair. We knew from our initial meeting with David Smith that we would be in good hands and that the job would be done right. He gave us peace of mind after having a poor experience with a competitor and was responsive to our questions and kept his promises on timing and process. The crew (John Webster, Ryan Alley, & Jacob Sanchez) were on-time, friendly, and efficient. It was clear that the scope of the project was well communicated and planned. They communicated their progress and set realistic expectations as far as leveling results and any potential cosmetic cracking that may occur. They took great care to ensure that no significant cracking occurred! The crew even cleaned out some debris that was left from a previous contractor and was sure to sweep the driveway before leaving. We are thrilled with not only with the results, but with the entire process. Dealing with contractors can be stressful, but DryPro made it easy. I will definitely recommend DryPro to friends and I will probably be calling again soon for some additional work!

Very impressed with the work that Foreman Oscar Corwin and team Member Antonio did. I know the work was very hard but they worked very hard to make sure that all was done in a very professional manner. They made sure that I understood the process. Patrick did a great job on the outside door entrance to the crawlspace. Job well done by everyone. Mike Boatman was just great to work with and made a special trip to explain the process to our Parsonage and Trustee Committee. The electrician was great also and did the work in a timely manner. The salesman mislead the work that was to be performed we based our choice on all companies providing a French drain even had the question in an e mail all other bids had French drain this was not what was provided. made statements to our questions that we found out was not all true asked how long take to get results reducing our moisture reading after installed told it would take 6 weeks. The salesman was informed first day I was upset with being mislead he has yet to reach out to me. asked several times if Angie's list had 11 % discount and our scope work much more why they would not offer a 11% discount. Total space was 1268 square feet the total cost was $7600.00 we did not pick the cheapest like reviews on dry pro the crew was GREAT it was being mislead by salesmen that leaves bad taste in ones mouth
