Team was hard working and professional. Phoned ahead to provide time of arrival. Worked sun up to sun down to complete work on schedule and with minimum invasion to routine. Apprised us when they were leaving. Kept work area clean. We did not shop around form comparison but would recommend the company
They did a good job. The workers were very good. They left nothing. I would refer the company to a friend or a family member. They were not the cheapest but they were the most experienced and we got the best reviews. I think we got what we wanted. The price was within range. It was not out of range. It was comparable but not the lowest. We chose them because of their name and reputation. They told us when they were coming and when they would not be here. They had to do something the first day and then they had to wait over a 24 hour period for something to happen. Then, it took them two days to finish what they had to do. That's exactly what they told us.
I barely knew they were here except when the electrician needed to get to the electric panel inside the house. They were polite and responsive and finished the job on time as promised.
The conditions were terrible, but the men that came out to do the work were fabulous. They deserve 15 stars on a 10-star scale!

The walk also had brick pavers mortared on top of the concrete walk. Â Workers Oscar and Brandon did an excellent and professional job. Â They drilled 1/2 inch diameter holes through the mortar between the brick pavers and then on through the concrete walk. Â The holes were placed about two feet apart down the length of the walk area of interest. Â They pressure injected the Poly Level material beneath the walk where it filled voids and then began to slowly raise the elevation of the walk. Â They proceded incrementally, using the various holes to pump Ploy Level until the entire walk was properly supported and raised to the desired, original level. Â Great job guys!
A returning customer of Dry Pro Charlotte, I regretfully found my recent experience to be totally unacceptable. Dry Pro Charlotte failed to deliver services in the manner they promised. Their failure caused me several weeks of significant and unnecessary delay and inconvenience. A one week project became an eight week nightmare because Dry Pro Charlotte appeared to be unable to effectively communicate within their own organization. Their failure to comply with local governmental requirements regarding the installation of support beneath my house resulted in an inspection failure. The inspection failure was not handled in a timely manner thus resulting in further delays. It would seem that a company that handles such projects daily would know the rules, and readily be able to comply with them. It would also seem that they would be able to correct their mistakes in a prompt and effective manner. My latest experience with Dry Pro Charlotte was disappointing to say the least. If their nice words and apologies counted in the ratings, they would receive superior marks. But, their words do not count. From my experience, their words have little credibility. Amazingly, Dry Pro Charlotte acted as if they did not know what to do. Their responses to me were incorrect and conflicting. It is not likely that I will ever use Dry Pro Charlotte again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
We take full responsibility and agree with this member. We failed you as a customer due to a breakdown of communication between our administrative team, county inspectors and our production crew. We have reviewed this particular incident and provided training to our team to ensure that it won't happen again in the future. We will be issuing you a full refund for the repairs as we feel that we did not live up to our Core Focus of Changing Lives and missed the mark on 3 of our 4 Core Values. Please accept our deepest apologies.
I recently completed  plans to renovate a portion of my home. By chance, a representative of Dry Pro Charlotte happened to contact me regarding an annual fee-based inspection for previous work on my home. After discussing the additional work with him, I was informed that the warranty related to the previous work would be voided if I did not use Dry Pro for the related portion the additional work. In that the warranty on the previous work covered several thousand dollars of improvements, I went with with Dry Pro. It Is is important to note that while the major portion of the previous work was done well, Dry Pro had made careless errors in completing the job. They failed to reconnect the air ducts under the house allowing for dust and other elements to enter the air system for several days prior to discovery. They also failed to properly secure the crawl apace door resulting in a significant accumulation of water underneath the house. Dry Pro had initially removed the door from the house in order to complete the work. They failed to reattach it, and simply leaned it up in the opening leaving wide, open spaces around the door. Upon notification, Dry Pro promptly responded. Although they attempted to fix the door, the damage was such that it required additional professional work to keep the water out. Knowing of their reputation, i chalked the problems up to misfortune and moved on. In arranging for the completion of the new work, I made a pointed effort to discuss our plans in detail with Dry Pro. My contractor also talked with them about the work. We were repeatedly assured that everything would be done absolutely correctly and completed within the schedule we gave them. Dry Pro had several weeks to plan and schedule the work. After some confusion on their part a few days before the job, Dry Pro did show up as scheduled. They also completed the work as scheduled. Their crew was very courteous and careful to meet our needs. However, the work was done without the approval of local governmental inspection which Dry Pro clearly understood was required. The inspector came, looked at the completed work and issued a failure mark due to not being able to access the footing area. Rather than completing the footing work, and allowing for inspection, and then completing the remainder of the work, Dry Pro had done all of the work at the same time. It is hard to imagine that a company that does this type of work daily would fail to work by the rules. Astonishingly, when contacted about the failure, Dry Pro was neither aware of the problem nor did they have any logical explanation for what had happened. The county permit and inspection information are available on line thus allowing me to see that Dry Pro had failed to request an additional inspection. In attempting to understand the problem, I was informed by the county that Dry Pro would be required to remove the completed work, uncover the footing and arrange for an additional inspection. After several calls to Dry Pro, with gracious assurances that corrections would be made, nothing happened. From information I was able to get from various Dry Pro employees, the company failed to appropriately communicate both internally, and with the inspector thus causing a several day delay in the process. After several days, an engineer was hired by Dry Pro to look at the footing and issue a letter supporting the integrity of the work. However, the inspector was still required to visit the site and view the work. In that the project involved a load bearing wall, no work inside the house could proceed without the approval of the Dry Pro portion of the work. Construction was delayed for more than a week. Due to demands on their schedules, the subs moved to other schedule projects forcing us to extend the project. We are now in the seventh week of a projected one week project. Due to their failure to deliver what they had agreed to deliver in a timely manner, the excessive inconvenience, and the additional expenses we anticipate, I requested that Dry Pro allow for some consideration for adjustment to their charges. I asked for no specific amount and left it to determine as they felt appropriate. They did not refuse, but responded in a way to suggest that I was looking for something for nothing. Surprised and disappointed by their lack of customer service, and their disrespect, I simply paid the entire invoice. I no longer have any interest in any adjustment. I honored my part of the deal, they did not. The sad thing about this situation is that Dry Pro seems to be a good company run by good people. If their words could make everything right, they would get superior marks. But, their words and their actions are not connected. They simply do not have their act together. Their calls were gracious and seemed sincere. But, it all rings hollow when they now have all of their money, and I still have a mess. While much more could be shared about their unbelievable lack of internal communication, I will simply say that i will never use them again and will actively share my negative experiences with others. I have paid for the right.
They were very prompt when meeting for the scheduled time to obtain an estimate. The estimator (Lance Land) was very courteous and knowledgeable. The installation crew (Adan and Chinno) phoned ahead to let me know when they would arrive and they were right on time. The crew was very courteous and very efficient in their work. They did the work in a professional and timely manner and cleaned up after they were complete with the job.
We appreciate your feedback and kind words on these outstanding employees. Our Core Focus is ensuring that we "Change Lives" of our customers and employees. I sincerely hope that you feel as though we have loved up to this. Thank You Sean Gist Chief Operating Office Dry Pro Basement Systems
