Everyone we dealt with at Dry Pro was consummately professional. The project took a solid week, and the installation team quickly adapted when we discovered that due to a previous miscommunication I had not arranged to have the furnace moved. Chandler, Travis and George worked steadily and purposefully and always made time to answer my questions. Chandler called every morning to tell us they were on the way and would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. Nick, the electrician, was focused and fast, and Juan, the inspector, was helpful and observant. Our basement is transformed and will be much more useable. Bonus: We've already turned down the thermostat 2 degrees.

DryPro just finished up encapsulation of our crawlspace including installation of a dehumidifier. Although we did not have a severe humidity problem, while shopping for our home we had seen multiple other houses with major problems caused by damp crawlspaces, so we decided to have this work done for our own peace of mind. The work was completed on time and professionally for the price we were originally quoted. Our salesman Dan R. and the installation team Chase, Jam & Miles were extremely patient and knowledgeable in answering our many questions. Start to finish the project took 2 days and the crawlspace has been transformed from damp & dirty to dry & clean. Really, they left the crawlspace very clean, you could eat off the floor!
