Write a ReviewChristina made a positive impression from the start because she had studied our file before she arrived. With that knowledge she recommended an upgrade to our system which she explained very clearly how it would benefit us. In addition to performing the annual servicing and installing the new backup pump, she notified me of a leak in an unrelated system so I can have the appropriate serviceperson fix it before it worsens. She let me know how to reach her if I should have any questions. She's another reason why I don't hesitate to recommend DryPro!
Advantaclean Removed insulation, Scrubbed down the growth and cricket poop with microbial cleaners. The wood looks new now. DryPro dug and installed a french drain under the house, replaced all of the insulation and the vapor barrier. It looks great under the house nw.

I interviewed several companies regarding doing the encapsulation. As our house was built in 1985, the foundation walls are fairly porous at this point. Lance was by far the most knowledgeable and the only company not suggesting tying into our existing HVAC units. Lance provided clear pricing information and detailed statements regarding the word to be done. Cory and Adam, who came out to do the installation, did a fantastic job. They were on time, courteous and professional. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated the job well done. We now have a crawlspace that I will actually go in as the threat of critters (i.e. snakes) has been eliminated. It is also great that the area is now sealed, more energy efficient and we don't have to worry about mold. The only real issue we had was that the billing was not well coordinated and clearly the various parts of the company failed to talk to each other about our payment arrangement. In the end, it all worked out but it was an unnecessary headache at the last minute. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
It was a big job. They took out something that Terminix put in which was inadequate. They got to take that L out. They put in a terrain system on the foundation wall and the crawlspace all the way to the front because there was water coming under the foundation. They were the only one that we had come out and interviewed who had recommended to do this. In addition, they put in a dehumidifier. They were extremely professional. The only problem was the sub-contractor, Robbie Electric. The guy came out and looked at it, the electrical connection to the panel in the garage. He didn't show up again for three or four more days after that to make the connection from the panel to the dehumidifier. They did the work on Monday and this guy showed up on Thursday. We he did, he punctured out air conditioning line on the wall. On our upstairs air conditioner, all the freon leaked up. They picked that up. Dry-Pro took the initiative to get an AC company out here to fix it which they did.
They were excellent, A's all the way!
Since our house was built, about 7 1/2 years ago, we've had water drainage problems every time we would get a heavy rain. Â Water would run off our driveway and into the window well area. Â We suspected there could be damage happening in our crawl space, so we had Dry Pro come out to check it out. Â Turns out that, while there is no damage or mold at this moment (thank goodness), we do have a definite water problem. Â Standing water and evidence of "rivers" running under the house. Â Our experience with Dry Pro was great, from start to finish. Â Matt came out, within a few days of us contacting Dry Pro, to give us a consult and estimate. Â He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. Â He explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, using photos that he took while under the house inspecting the crawl space. Â He also explained in detail what it would take to fix the problem and how much it would cost. I honestly thought it was going to be a much larger expense, but Matt assured me that he doesn't recommend anything that's not necessary. Â So I felt that we were treated honestly and not taken advantage of. Â Matt was awesome! About 2 weeks later a crew came to do the work, and it took about half a day. Â They were all polite and got right to work. Â It was so hot, but they worked right through it, dripping wet by the end of the day. Â They didn't leave behind any kind of a mess...everything was cleaned up as best they could. Â And the work was performed as expected. Â One of the guys spoke with me before they left and explained what they did and showed me pictures of everything. It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know how well the fix will perform, but I'm confident that the job was done right.
Started out using drypro to install a dehumidifier and two smart jacks under my house due to settling and some moister issues. The service was performed and we thought that would be that, but thank God I purchased a monitor to watch the humidity. The dehumidifier had to be replaced three times. We were told that there was a problem with a wire that they finally fixed. To me, if you have a problem with a unit why not let ALL the customers know??? Without that monitor, we would have thought it was doing it's job. The next problem we had was the house started settling again and the cracks that the jacks had fixed opened up. I also had a window above my door crack. A crew came out who basically did nothing and I had to call the calvary to come in. When Dave Smith came out we were informed that the jacks had settled and that one of the jacks was in the wrong place. Is that why my window cracked? can't prove it but I would say so.  He fixed this himself. We were also informed that there were other problems and we would would need a lot more jacks and three helical piers to fix them. Dave seemed to know what he was talking about. He was the bright spot in our ordeal. He set everything up, but unfortunately he can not do everything and their customer service really stinks. A crew finally came to the house and set things up to raise the house. They left leaving my yard a mess with trash and pieces of concrete and I didn't hear from Drypro  and no one showed up on the day to finish the job. After having to send a mean email to Dave, he went ahead and got the ball rolling. A new crew was sent to do the piers and a new crew to finish the jacks. FINALLY some folks other than just Dave who knew what they were doing. The pier group consisted of Cory, Adam and Orlando. Great group of guys who explained everything to me and when they were done had the yard in better shape than it was when they started. The jack crew was made up of Micah and Ian. Another crew with knowledge of what they were doing. Thanks David Smith, Cory, Adam, Orlando, Micah, and Ian for making a not so good experience turn out well. Now we just have to wait and see if our problems have been fixed.
It went well. Â The crew arrived very close to the agreed time and got right to work. Â They worked diligently and efficiently until the task was completed. Â I inspected their work and was pleased with the quality. Â Adam, Corey, and Daniel were polite and professional.
Corey, Adam and Orlando all did a great job. They were very pleasant to deal with, showed and explained all the work they did. After looking at it, it looks much nicer and cleaner. We are looking forward to having the water and humidity issues solved once and for all. They showed pictures of everything they did so I didn't have to go all through the crawl space. The initial assessment and fee quote was a good experience as well. They arrived and spent a lot of time in the crawl space and showed detailed options and quotes as well as pictures of the issues. He was very responsive via email when we asked follow up questions. We compared them to three other highly rated Angie's list companies and they came out on top.
