Write a ReviewThe two guys really had a mess to clean out. They did a great job removing everything and even came to the door to let us know there was a small water leak when I started the washer. It was a rainy day and after all the liner was installed they would remove their shoes prior to going back in the crawl space in order to keep it clean. They explained the humidity monitor and how it worked and left the owners manual with us for reference. We plan on replacing the water heater located under the house at a later date, so they left additional liner and explained how to have the plumber install it once he removes the water heater. This is the second house we have contracted with Dry Pro and I would not hestiate to hire Dry-Pro in the future and would recommend them to everyone.
They showed up Monday morning , the guy  that seemed to be the leader introduced himself to me he was very nice,he explained all they were going to do. Then they got to work they broke up loads of concrete which they  had to take up the stairs to get it out approximately 10 garbage pails full . anyhow the first day they did that set gravel in the hole and the drain system they cleaned it all up before they left . Then they came back to fill it with the concrete the next day , which was done quickly and cleaned up very nicely I have had other contractors that left a mess not drypro they were very professional through the whole process .Even the lady Judy that scheduled the job and I talked to about payment made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. They kept asking me if I had any questions during the process they were awesome . Thank You Drypro
Adam, Corry, and Josh came out and did a fantastic job fixing our basement moisture problem. They were very professional, had good attitudes and the best thing they finished on time and did an over-the-top clean up job. My basement no longer has moisture issues and the drain they ran through my backyard is barely noticeable. I would use them again if needed and I would recommend Dry-Pro to my neighbors.
Everyone we worked with from Kelly Dragstrom, to the crew who installed ( Adam, Corey and Travis), to the ladies who answered the phone, were professional and courteous. Everything was done as specified and on time. We are extremely pleased with the result. ,
Received a call on the Friday before installation that the crew would be at the home at 8:30am. At 9:25 when crew had not arrived, called Dry Pro and spoke to Cynthia. Were told " crew had to finish a job from the weekend"... She said, "I was supposed to call but things were hectic around here this morning and I never got to you". She said they would arrive around lunchtime. I told her if they were not here by 1pm, we would cancel the job. This was a poor start to the project. I called and emailed the sales rep. Matt Helms, when he contaced me he said they would be there by 1pm.  Adam, job foreman, also called at 11:10 and said they would arrive before 1pm. They arrived at 12. The foreman was very apologetic for the delay. his three-person crew worked efficiently, cleaned up very well, and finished the job. Adam, the foreman, showed us the system and instructed us on its' operation. We are very satifsied with the installation and product. A check for the original amount of the quote was written. One last note, the invoice brought to the site was wrong. Shaun was contacted about said invoice and he indicated he would follow up as to why the invoice was wrong. On Tuesday, I received an email and phone call from Donny saying we had paid an incorrect amount. I told her of the converstion with Shaun, she hung up. Later received a paid invoice for the right amount.
I would hire this company for a future job.
Everything has worked very well. It's much dryer down there. They sent me a presentation in the mail. The information they sent, was very complete and helpful enough so I could make a decision. They came out to discuss it as well. They also provided a climate control which tells you what to look for and what to do. They did a very good job. They used a subcontractor do the electrical work and work with my fuse box. The following day my heater stopped working. I called the company to come out and look at it. They explained nothing they would have done would have caused the heater to fail. I had to call my heating and air conditioning company. They came out and said there was a wire loose in the fuse box. I am not sure if it was their fault but that was the only issue. The price was reasonable, they were punctual, and completed the work on time.
Their service is fantastic. They call us to schedule the annual appointments. They come from Charlotte to Hickory Hills where moisture is a big problem.  When they more recently replaced the dehumidifier, they showed me everything and explained why.  I love knowing they are taking care of everything. I can store all of my decorations without having to worry.  It is a very easy process.
They did a good job. The workers were neat. The company communicated well throughout the project. The work was completed in the allotted time they said.
So far the service has been fine and everything went well. It was nice doing business with them and they were easy to work with. They were not the highest or lowest price. I have been satisfied with the service.
