Groundworks

After the initial estimate we made our decision and set up a date with them. They made all the necessary arrangements to make sure we had everything in writing and the contract was signed. The deposit was paid and the date was officially set. They showed up that morning and did their job and the next phase was the remediation process.

Three tecnicians for two days completed the work ahead of schedule, worked in the summer heat without delay, worked efficiently and on schedule.  The men respected us and our property. Would not hesitate in hiring the company again.  The President, Ron Wealtherly, came to our property before the work began to discuss the details of the job and answered our questions.  Ron provides his personal contact number for questions or any issues that may arise.

They are great. They really know their stuff and their follow-up has really been outstanding as well.

Very well. Charles was on time and performed the maintenace in less than one hour. It was great.

The guys came out and removed all of the old insulation, killed and removed the mold, replaced the insulation, sealed the crawlspace, replaced the vapor barrier with a thicker and 100% coverage vapor barrier, installed dehumidifier. Went great they did have to come back and install a fresh air source for the gas furnace in the crawlspace.

They were very professional. They came when they said they would come. They worked quietly and cleanly. There was a funny odor in the house, maybe because of the moisture. That is out now.

They were great. The people were fantastic. They went above and beyond any expectations when it comes to their work. I cannot say any bad thing about them.

I think they did a fine job on the installation of the equipment and on sealing the crawlspace. However, they are horrible on customer service and follow up, because I have been trying to get a hold of them for several weeks with several phone calls but they never called me back. A couple of times they said they would call me back but they never did. I submitted a complain through the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded to them either.
