Reviews
Write a ReviewDry Pro installed a Crawlspace French drain and sump pump using affiliate company ADVANTA for mold issue and Roby Electric for electrical relating to sump pump. All want well from initial inspection and estimate to installation. The franchise drain installation crew worked efficiently and were always ready to answer questions or provide explanation when asked. Would use provider again based on the experience to date.
Showed up on time, well groomed and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the install crew, as well as Rich Pace (Sales). I'm a believer in this technological solution for crawlspaces.
The services were very good, all of the people were very good workers! I cant give a complete idea of the job performed until its actually in effect.  (Meaning rain storms taken place and then being able to see how the basement handles water that might come in.)

Adam and Corey did fine work. They were punctual, polite, professional, and cleaned up when they were done. Excellent work!
There were three crews performing the work. The crew that installed the foundation underpinning were totally professional in performing their work. I was impressed with the care they showed in protecting my landscaping. The crews that installed piers in my crawl space and completed the structural wood repairs were messy in the clean up effort. I have some stuff stored in the crawl space but instead of asking me to move the stuff it was pushed aside and I had to straighten it all up after they finished. They broke three light bulbs in the crawl space and never mentioned the damage or requested the light bulbs be remove. The vapor barrier film which was installed prior to the visit was left in a mess and not straightened. The work, however, was completed in a quality and professional manner. The company was a little pricey considering the actual amount of time spent on the job.
We were impressed with everyone from first telephone contact through final quality control inspection by Rodney. Â They came when they said they would, did what they said they would in a professional manner, and finished when they said they would. Â It is pricey but the service and workmanship were top notch. Â It is surprising these days when that happens. Â If they say 8:30 AM, they mean 8:30 AM, or even 8:20. Â They show up, work hard, get the job done, clean up, and leave. Â All on time. Â We enjoyed each person we had contact with. When the men came out to give us an estimate they did not try to sell us services or products we did not need. Â We did not have moisture on the walls, they told us we didn't, and didn't try to deceive us. Â We never felt that they were giving us the hard sell. Â At the very end of the job I asked the new insulation install men if I could have a scrap of insulation they might have left over to fill in a drafty space where an old doggie door used to be. Â The man went out of his way to get me a scrap, cut it to size and even tuck it into the space for me. Â That was above and beyond what he needed to do. Â It was late, they were tired, but he didn't hesitate. Â I just wanted him to toss me a scrap. Â It was a nice thing to do. We were shown pictures of the area before work began, after minor mold remediation, and after the work was finished. Â It will be nice to have those after pictures when it comes time to sell the house.
Dry Pro installed a battery operated UltraSump in my crawl space. They also redid existing drain for another pump so their work would be covered by their lifetime warranty. Overall the pre-sales work was solid. They recommended a solution that would resolve my water problem. However, I was a bit surprised by the lead time to order the pump and schedule the job. This took about 2 months total. Then when they performed the installation, the install crew didn't have all of the parts required. There was no follow-up from Dry Pro to complete the job, I had to call them multiple times to see when the remaining parts would be installed. This took another month, which means it took 3 months for the job to be completed. This definitely did not meet my expectations, not was it indicative of the price I was paying for this job. A higher level of service was expected.
We were well pleased with Dry Pro. They were very professional. Matt Helms came out to give us an estimate and he spent a lot of time with us discussing our needs and answering our many questions. We knew we were looking at an expensive project and we felt Matt was very honest. He actually saved us money on things we thought we needed but did not. Our job was promptly scheduled. Adam and Corey came out to install everything. We were very pleased with their professionalism and work. They were both very friendly, went in to do the work and finished the job. When they left, they took all the old debris and leftover materials and packing. We have a great looking crawl space and we are looking forward to cleaner air in our home. We would highly recommend Dry Pro!
After multiple visits, some due to the support jacks not properly adjusted, and a final service call where two additional jacks were added, the job was completed. The main part of the problem was caused by the original representative's improper layout of the number and placement of the support jacks. To the credit of Dry-Pro, those additional jacks were installed at no further cost to me, they definitely stood behind their warranty and assurances to complete the work properly. While the process was longer than I expected, the proper support jacks were installed, and the floor stabilized.
