They did a fantastic job.  Adan, Chinno and James H. showed on up on time and were very professional.  They explained what they were going to do in detail and then proceeded to get the entire job done in about 6-7 hours.  I inspected everything afterwards and it all was done exceptionally well with great attention to detail.  I would highly recommend Dry-Pro to any of my friends or family.

I chose this company because they had a good reputation, I had actually looked them up on Angie's List and they were one of the companies I talked with and their pricing seemed to be reasonable.  The product that they said worked, seemed to be a good one.  They got good gradings on Angie's List.  They met my expectations.  I expected good performance and a nice job and that's what I got.

I had a very bad water issue in my crawl space. I contacted the Drypro team for an estimate and evaluation. The product and the examples given were excellent. I was given an estimate of $4000 to correct the water issue with drainage, and a complete crawl space enclosure. Now, my house does not smell like wet dirt due to the moisture. My crawl space is completely dry...and enclosed. It maintains a constant temperature, and I use it as extra storage. I had one issue, and they addressed it really quick with no question. I was very pleased with the service and they contact me once a year for inspection. The product is excellent, I have had only one issue that they correct immediately, and it was not even major issue. I have a very large crawl space, and I show their work off to anyone visiting our home because it is unusual to see such a product in the crawl space of a home. Anyway, it is one of the best investments that I have ever made and they provided a wonderful product and service.

They showed up on time, and were very courteous and professional.  They completed the job when they promised, which was the same day.  I would recommend them, as they went through the extra effort to make sure that the job was up to my standards.

They were excellent and worked hard.  They got it done in the two days they said it would take.  They answered my husband's questions as they went along.  Everything was cleaned up when they left.  For the work they did, I would say the price was right on target.  They did a very neat job and looks nice.  They were very responsive and attentive.  I would use them again if necessary.

Service was excellent. This is the second house that dry pro has waterproofed for me. I am completely satisfied.  Clean-up was very well done. The crew was very professional.  Many thanks to Adam, Raul, Diego, Jean and Anthony. I recommend the dry pro system and the dry pro people to anyone  who wants the job done right the first time.

They're very good and helpful.  They do everything they can to make you happy. 

It went well. I was not t home when the inspection was done, but the technician followed up with a phone call and gave me a detailed description of his finding and the service he performed.

Charles who was the service tech was extremely knowledgable and professional and performed the servicing required on the system including removing and reinstalling the new check valve. The system was functioning properly and Charles reviewed the repairs and checks he made to the system and also provided me a written report of the servicing. Overall Charles and Dry-Pro exceeded my expectations, both from a servicing and cost/value perspective. I would recommend them to anyone with similar needs or water related issues in a crawl space or basement environment.
