Patio looks great and I would reccomend to anyone. Water is no longer going into foundation because leveled and its like brand new. Sales rep was nice but slow to get back to me. I had no problems getting hold of main office to get what was needed instead. Drypro does need to do a better job of following up. They were going to do some light pressure washing to clean up from a busted hose and didnt return to do.

They did what they said they would do. No surprises. Prompt, cleaned up each day. Handled a problem with a sub contractor immediately. Two employees are real super stars -- Adam ( last name not known ) and Tabatha Lowell.

This company is very professional, courteous and dependable! They repaired sagging floors and cracked walls by adding steel beams and jacks. It was an amazing process! The entire team including Kevin Long, Melonice, Tabatha, James Hageman, Bailey and his crew, John Webster, Madison and Brandon were all very respectful to me! Amazing company and people. Installed a Sump Pump in basement. Kevin Long the Dry Pro System Design Specialist said their crew could install the system in 4 hours which I thought was impossible. However, Chinno, Adan and Noah arrived on time and completed the work in less than 4 hours with impeccable installation quality and cleanliness. These guys know what they are doing and are real professionals. The system and service exceeds all expectations. Even their service truck was neat! Highly recommended.
