GOOD COORDINATION OF THE VARIOUS PHASES OF THE RETILING ROOF PROJECT. BRENT GRIFFITH, AS OWNER OF THE COMPANY, WAS VERY ACCOMODATING IN PLEASING ME, AS THE CUSTOMER. HE PERSONALLY PERFORMED SOME 'TOUCH-UP' WORK ON THE RETILING OF THE ROOF, AND ENSURED THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. BRENT WAS VERY AVAILABLE DURING THE PROJECT, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

FAST SERVICE TO REROOF HOUSE WHEN WE NOTICED WE HAD A ROOF LEAK. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE WORK WITHOUT HARMING LANDSCAPING IN YARD (OTHER COMPANIES SUGGESTED THAT IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO DO THE JOB WITHOUT SEVERE DAMAGE TO LANDSCAPING). THE OWNER, BRENT, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

ASK FOR A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. THE BILL I RECEIVED WAS $175.00 MORE THAN THE VERBAL ESTIMATE, BUT I CALLED & WE AGREED ON PRICE THAT WAS BETWEEN THE VERBAL ESTIMATE & THE BILL. BRENT (OWNER)WAS VERY GRACIOUS WHEN WE SPOKE.

WE PLACED A SECOND CALL TO MR. GRIFFITH TO GET A QUOTE ON THE RE-MUDDING, UPON WHICH HE NEVER RETURNED. WE CALLED ONCE MORE ABOUT THREE WEEKS LATER, GETTING A CALL BACK IMMEDIATELY. HE TOLD US HE WOULD BE OUT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GIVE US A QUOTE. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. He got back in touch with me and we decided not to do the project at all. He had been very busy and failed to call me back and apologized for the miscommunication. While I understand that roofers get very busy during the rainy season, better organization would prevent customers from being forgotten about. I would not recommend him to others; but at the same time, I would still use his service for minor roof repair. Overall, the quality of work was good but the customer service was less than adequate.

All work was done in a professional manner. Homeowner was a bit out of line. We did respond. We actually did owners a favor. We saved him $ that did not need spent. Yes, we as a whole do the work ourselves. We do not have subs! I cannot be on every job, do all work and run my business alone. It takes a team effort. My workers/employees do not sell my work. Not sure why an employee stated anything about mud work. We do not just re-mud valleys on 20-30 year tile roofs. The tiles are not the waterproof membrane. I saved the owner over $1000 by not doing a wasted job. I explained this in detail! We did call homeowner several times and could not get through.

WHAT A CLASSY COMPANY! THEY SQUEEZED US IN BECAUSE THE FLAT ROOF REALLY NEEDED REPLACEMENT BEFORE THE RAINY SEASON. THEY OFFERED A 15 YEAR WARRANTY ON MATERIALS AND A 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON LABOR. THEY WERE JUST DELIGHTFUL! SO PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO PROMPT.

BRENT GRIFFITH, THE OWNER, WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING OUR ROOF PROBLEM. IN ADDITION, HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS FROM THE ESTIMATE TO COMPLETING THE ROOFING JOB. I WOULD HIRE AND RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN.
