Called and they came out within days. estimate was below others, took pictures of additional work needed as they tore off old roof. No problems.

They have great service. The owner came on site to give the quote and he gave the final inspection. Everything is holding up terrifically. The owner wasn't satisfied with some of the work they did so he has them coming back later this week to do some touch ups.

Came the very next day after we signed contract.  Had a little rain slowing down the project but they were right on it as soon as they could.  Left my yard spotless and it was really no problem at all even while they were working on it.

I was impressed with the prompt response from this company. I had called on Thursday morning with a request for a quote, when I came home that evening, the quote and two books with roofing samples were waiting by my front door. The next Monday morning we decided to go with Griffith roofing, we called Brent and he told us he could get started on it the next day. That Tuesday evening, our roof was stripped and covered with tar-paper. I could not find a single nail or piece of the old roof in my yard, which was important to us since we have 3 dogs that roam around there. Two days later, our roof was completed with all new flashing and a much better finish around our chimneys and exhaust than we have had since we bought this house. Overall an excellent experience at a good price. 

JULY 2011: B Griffith Roofing was one of 3 roofing companies that supplied estimates.  Brent showed up on time, was the most knowledgeable, professional, willing to answer any and all questions, and provided the lowest estimate for the reroofing as well as the related unknown costs (how much plywood, fascia and rafters would need to be replaced, etc - which is not known until the roof is removed).  Additionally, we were experiencing a roof leak that had previously been "fixed" by another roofing company - twice - and still leaked.  Brent provided an estimated to fix the roof, advised that fixing it would buy us some time but would suggest if we went with fixing rather than replacing - suggested we should start a roof replacement fund.  He also agreed - that if we chose him to replace the roof - he would mitigate the leak at no charge until such time as the roof replacement could be started.  He supplied us with tile catalogs from several companies and advised where we could see the tile samples in person.    We signed the contract.  B Griffith Roofing fixed the leak.  Choose the tile. Securred HOA approval for the new roof (which is required in our subdivision). August 2011: Workers removed the existing roof, renailed wood decking, dried in the roof.  Several very heavy rain storms occured during August and everything remain DRY.  This process took approximately a week.  The workers arrived promptly, worked a full day, and cleaned up the work site completely each day.  Roof tiles were delivered and it was discoverd that the tile company had delivered the incorrect trim.  The correct trim had to be ordered whick delayed the installation of the actual roof tiles but the house remained dry.  Upon receipt of the correct trim, the installation of the roof tiles began.  Again this took approximately a week to complete.  Again each day the crew cleaned the work site up, leaving only the items required for the work to be completed but always in a very neat manner.  The finished roof is absolutely stunning and we have had numerous compliments on not only the roof but the way in which the roofing crew worked while they were here. Other reviews have commented on communication with Brent being an issue.  I used a combination of voice mail and email and didnot experience any issues.  If his voice mail was full, I simply sent him an email and he responded in a timely manner. I would definately recommend B. Griffith Roofing.

When I have asked contractors, people in the business, “do you know a good roofer”?  Their response has universally been the same; they almost always say “I know a lot of roofers but none I would recommend”.  I could write a book on the problems we have had with roofers and it would be very negative until we hired B. Griffith Roofers.  We had our roof done by a company doing a lot of roofs in our neighborhood a few years ago.  It has proved to be a disaster.  The worst of the problems is an area over our garage.  The company that did the entire roof did not roof this area correctly and subsequently the roof leaked.  I hired a handyman I knew to repair this area, paying him several hundred dollars; the roof still leaked.  I paid a professional bonded roofing company to fix the leak.  The roof still leaked.  The owner said that our roof was designed wrong; I paid him several hundred dollars more.  I got several quotes from companies from Angi’s list; they all seemed competent.  From those companies I choose B. Griffith Roofing.  Brent seemed to really have a grasp on what was causing the leak.  We have not had a hard rain yet, to really test the problem area, but we just had a steady rain.  We do not hear the tap tap tap on our garage ceiling, as we had always heard, which is a good sign.  One of Brent’s roofers said, looking at an area on the roof, “that is what is causing the leak”; I believe our saga of poor workmanship on our roof has finally come to an end with B. Griffith Roofing.  They also did a repair on my chimney, which I can say unequivocally was an excellent and well throughout job!  They also gave us a year warranty on all of their work.  I can recommend them without hesitation.

He was on time and came on short notice. He is very professional and he seems to know what he is doing. We are in a gated community and we have two entrances. We told him that we would meet him at the main gate, but he mistakenly went to the wrong gate. He waited there for us at the other gate, and we got ahold of him. He checked back with us. That is testament to his character.

Griffith Roofing gave me the best estimate for the job and started work approximately 2 weeks later which was also faster than any one else could start- full crew came out and had the roof stripped in about one day- single worker came out to then put on the shingles and drip edge- I was somewhat concerned about having only one person coming out to install the entire roof system but in the end it worked out well because his craftsmanship was excellent.  The roof looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the whole operation start to finish- would definately recommend this company- great job and very fair price-

They were excellent! Punctual and nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went very well overall.  Roofers showed up early on Day 1, the foreman came to the door and introduced himself (it wasn't being overseen by the owner, but it didn't upset me really).  The guys worked through the day, and cleaned up everything in the yard afterward.  They left the house with the black paper stuff on top at the end of the day, they said that was supposed to be rain tight if it happened to rain. On Day 2, a different crew came out to put the new roof on.  They worked all day, but ended up running out of materials before they were finished, necessitating a day 3. On Day 3 they came out and finished up the job by mid morning.  The second crew didn't do quite as good a job at cleaning up as the first, as I found two nails and a couple small pieces of metal in my backyard on the pool deck, but it wasn't a big deal because I was looking; and found them before anyone got hurt. They replaced 12 sheets of plywood, and some of the 2x6 fascia boards that were rotten.  Also, the ridge vents they installed had a much larger opening (I saw them cut the larger holes) yet somehow they look considerably smaller than the ones that were there.  Nice work on this.  I had them add two solar powered attic fans, they didn't think much of these devices, but also did not charge me any extra labor for the installation.  I bought the fans from them, but the price was the same that home depot was charging anyway. I'd do business with them again, but the roof has a 30 year warranty and hopefully I won't have to.
