The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the work in an afternoon. They were very professional and did a great job. They were good at explaining everything to me. I had no problem scheduling the service.

They did a great job.  Sevice was quick, polite and courteous.  The installers were friendly.

I purchased a $69 Big Deal for this service and it worked okay. It was a while back, but it was good. They were responsive when I called. They did a good job. I paid about $300 total for the job.  They were punctual and had good follow up.  

They were wonderful and did a great job. They were wonderful workers. I think the price was fair.

It was very difficult to schedule the repair after agreeing to the service. but after several attempts the owner contacted me and made sure the work was completed and done properly. After a difficult start I was very pleased with the follow up and the desire to make me a satisfied customer. I would definitely use them again.

The work turned out to be more extensive than originally estimated but the owner, Brent, stood by his original estimate. He was very fair and great to work with. I recommend him to anyone wanting a contractor that does excellent work and wants their customer to be happy at all costs.

Griffith roofing removed the existing flat roof, installed tapered insulation to both help with the heat and, most importantly, create slope to move the water off the roof. I choose Griffith because of their Angie rating, time they have been in business and honestly I liked the way Brent spent time evaluating my old roof. He suggested several options (most other roofers did not) including TPO. I had done research before hand and had all but decided that TPO was what I wanted to help with the expansion issues seen with the torch down.  He and his crew did the job in one long day and returned promptly to fix a couple of minor things I found.  The TPO system is very different from our last flat roof (torch down) and with the taper we see very little standing water on the roof after a storm. The insulation stops some of the noise when its raining but not as much as I had hoped. Brent, while obviously very busy, returned my calls within 24 hours - not immediate, but better that most of the others. ,)
