They started yesterday and finished today. They were honest and did there best to save me money. They called back right away and set up an appointment. The workers were professional and cleaned up really well. I will definitely use them again.

They did a beautiful job & were good people to work with.

This was an extremely poor experience. I received an estimate for around $750.00 to repair two small leaks in my roof. Two workers came and completed the repair in about 90 minutes. I spoke with the owner, Brent Griffin, who was very nice. I explained I felt the estimate was excessive. We settled on around $350.00 for the work. When it rained again, one of the "repairs" still leaked. He sent a worker back to fix it. When it rained again, it STILL leaked. He sent the worker back. When it rained again, it leaked WORSE and now there was ANOTHER leak. Brent agreed to come look at it, himself. He never came. We rescheduled, again. He again, did not show and did not have the courtesy to call me. Nice people, but HORRIBLE service.

They were very good. They were prompt. My sons are in construction and knew the type of work that needed to be done, they informed me that I paid a very reasonable price for the work that I had done.

They were very prompt. The owner came out to do the estimate. They were able to schedule the work a few days later. They were thorough in the work that was completed.

The whole process was excellent from the first call to completion. I had him do two houses total.

The start notification was a little disorganized, but no real problem for me. The removal crew was great, they worked efficiently and completed all their work on time. I was especially impressed with their wood replacement and clean up. They did not hesitate to make it right! The shingle crew did an excellent job but left a little litter, no big deal though. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality and thoroughness. I would definitely use them again.

We called for an estimate and Mr.Griffith (the owner) answered personally and was at our house 10 minuets later to give us an estimate. His price was lower than all others we had before this by several hundred dollars and beat one company by over a thousand! He was very professional and friendly. He was also very patient in explaining all of our options to us. The work was started 1 day ahead of schedule and was finished the next day. All of his workers were polite and did an exceptional job. Everything was cleaned up and when I came home from work that day, you couldn't even tell they were here (except for the new roof of course). We would gladly hire them again. By the way, they also did the original roof on my mother-in-laws house when it was built in the 1960's, then came back to redo it again. There was even one pack of shingles left extra which we were able to keep so our daughter's playhouse roof matches our real house.

I never met Brent in person, but talked to him on the phone many times. He always returned my calls and answered my questions. I had a lot. The start of the project was held up, due to other subs and Brent, was very accommodating. I stopped by, when the crew was tearing off the roof and they seemed very thorough and replaced a lot of damaged wood. I also, stopped by when the crew was installing and they were very friendly and also answered my questions. There was no debris, when they were finished including nails or cigarette butts (problems my neighbors had with other roofing companies). I felt they took pride in their work, as they didn't use the cheapest materials (Cobra II vents) and helped me pick the shingles that were appropriate to my house. The price was not the lowest bid, but since they were recommended by someone reliable, I contracted with them. I felt the slight (10%-15%)price premium was worth the professionalism and thorough job.

After 3 estimates on replacing the roof shingles, we selected B. Griffith Roofing Inc. This company's workmanship warranty was the best which was one of the deciding factors. Brent Griffith, owner, was punctual in responding to our request for an estimate and arrived at the time stated. He was very pleasant and friendly, and willing to answer any questions. Work was done as promised. The first crew (first day) remove the old shingles and replace any rotted wood. The crew to install the shingles was delayed by a day, but Brent Griffith promptly notified us of this fact. The workman readily answer any of our questions. We were very please with work performance and would hire this company again. The estimate stated that all wood work is extra charge at $50.00 per sheet of plywood-- since there was replacement of rotted wood the total cost was a little above the estimate but was in line with the price stated for wood work.
