Brent was very professional and showed up on time. Completed the job as we agreed. Very pleasant to deal with unlike some contractors I've had previously.

I DON'T KNOW IF ANY EXPERIENCE IS A COINCIDENCE OR PART OF A PATTERN FOR THIS HIGHLY RATED ANGIE'S LIST COMPANY. MAYBE THIS JOB ON MY HOUSE WAS A SUBCONTRACTED OUT. I DID NOT EXPECT THE ROOF TO FAIL INSPECTION TWICE. I HAD CONCERNS ABOUT MY NEW ROOF LEAKING OR HAVING PROBLEMS. I WAS RELIVED WHEN I GOT THE RELEASE OF LIEN AND WHEN THE ROOF PASSED INSPECTION, HOPEFULLY, THE PROBLEMS I HAD ARE NOT HAPPENING A LOT. I AM HAPPY THAT THE PROBLEMS WERE CORRECTED. IT WAS A LONG 3 MONTHS.

They were able to do the work within the week of receiving the written bid. They were very professional and hardworking. It only took 2 days, and they took extreme care of debris removed and insuring if it rained overnight before the 2nd day of work covering the chimney to avoid any possibility of water. They were in a vehicle well marked with the company name and phone. They were on time both days and worked continuously with a 1 hour lunch and worked until 6pm!

Understandable rain delay. Once they began work it went quickly. The workers were were efficient and courteous. Work area was kept clean all went smoothly.

I already commented on B. Griffith. They were so very quick to respond and do the job. This is a follow-up. I had to leave on a trip shortly thereafter, and was not sure how the leak fix to kitchen would hold up in the rain. I am happy to report that the leak is no more. Also, there was a little overhang of material from the flat roof repair that was uneven and did not look good, and I was assured that they needed to let that set, but would return to trim. When I came home, indeed it was all trimmed off and looked great. I am totally happy with their service.

THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. I ENJOYED DEALING WITH THEM, BUT IF I NEEDED THEM IN AN EMERGENCY I'D START OFF LETTING THEM KNOW I NEEDED A CALL BACK IMMEDIATLY. THEY SEEM TO BE CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND CONCERNED ABOUT DOING THE JOB RIGHT.

Brent showed up on time to give me an estimate and answered all of my questions. His crew showed up on time to remove the old roof. Brent showed me the damaged roof decking that needed repair. His crew showed up every day until the job was completed. They cleaned up all of the debris and hauled it away. The new roof looks good and I am very happy with the job that was done.

The company removed the tile roof and installed a shingle roof. The work was done in a day and a half. The employees were polite and considerate. We were pleased with their work and would recommend them. We checked references and license even though they were recommended by our insurance agent.

I was very satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Nice job. Price was good and they did exactly what they were suppose to do.
