IF YOU NEED A NEW ROOF, YOU MUST CONSIDER B. GRIFFITH ROOFING! I am totally satisfied with their work.  Like any job, there will be issues and all issues were resolved with me in their mind.  They did all they could to make sure that their work was completely satisfactory to me.  It was. I love my new roof.  The shingle we picked was Certainteed Landmark Premium Max-Def and it looks beautiful.  Not only that but the former roof had leaks that were affecting my hardwood floors and only after one month I can begin to see the watermark effects beginning to disappear. Brent is an honest guy.  I met with two other contractors; one could have cared less about my business.  I say that because I literally had to beg them for a quote.  The other contractor had mis-measurements,(as compared to the other two) and several of their answers did not equate with what I read or what I had discussed with the other two contractors. Brent's Supervisor, Keith, kept in touch and kept me up to date.  When an issue occurred we discussed all options on how, why and what was now going to be the plan of action.  I also like "Mike" who was in charge of placing the new shingles on the roof.  I found him logical and honest, even when he admitted that something was not done their way.  However, Mike made sure it was done right.

It was fantastic. There were about 6 out of the crew that tore off the roof and 3 that came out to do the new roof. Everyone was professional and just fantastic. I can't say enough about this company. They went above and beyond what everyone else was going to do. The owner, Brent, was the one who came out to give the estimate and he was great to deal with. I checked his credentials and they have never had any claims against them. They went out of their way to do the job (they are about 40 miles away from my house). It was a great experience all around.

A leak in a paver-covered flat roof was coming through my kitchen ceiling. I called at least 3 other roofers that I found listed on Angie's list. One came out and never got back to me with a quote. Two others wouldn't even return my call. B. Griffith Roofing was a welcome change from this treatment. Brent was responsive and professional, fitting our relatively small job into a busy schedule. He also stands behind his work. When the initial repairs failed to fix the problem, he returned with his crew and found another damaged spot on the roof by removing additional pavers. He did not charge us to fix the additional problems he uncovered on the roof.   He was a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use their service in the future if the need arises.

I contacted Brent Griffith because we had a glass panel skylight in the foyer that leaked slightly with heavy rain and there was a damp spot in the bathroom ceiling.  He evaluated the house and told us that we needed a new roof and that he could fix the skylights.  The roof was about 18 years old so this seemed reasonable.  His crew came and did a very efficient job of re-roofing the house, cleaned up and the roof looks good.  However, they broke the glass in the skylight, informed us that they really didn't do this type of work, and left us with a skylight that required 3 buckets every time it rained and pretty much told us that we were on our own finding someone to fix it.  They were quite unresponsive to phone calls and we ultimately have had to hire another roofer to completely redo the skylight area.  It has taken us about a year and 2 more roofers to finally get the problem resolved.  Even though I understand that it was a complicated problem, I wish that they had not told me up front that this was a problem that they could repair.  Incidentally, the damp spot is back in the bathroom. 

They came out to fix a roof leak and did an excellent job.  They gave a fair price, were punctual and professional and did a great job.  I would recommend them in the future and use them without reservation.  Thank you.
