I am so glad we went with Brent they are very professional. We had to have our roof put on in a matter of few weeks and they told us they would have the job done In two days and started the next day. They cleaned up so nicely you couldn't even tell there was ever a mess there, even the roof inspector had nothing but good things to say about them, when he came out to do the final insepction he told us they did almost near perfect and it doesn't get better than what they did. I would have them out again for any roofing job!

I had to arrange for the roofing repair long distance (always difficult) then fly in to be at the house for the repairmen. There was a slight bobble at the beginning since the secretary had neglected to put me on the schedule. However, when I spoke to Mr. Griffith, who remembered me, that was corrected immediately. I was not pleased initially but to me it's the sign of a good company that mistakes are handled quickly and without argument. I had a repairman there within the hour. He fixed the leak promptly and the work is guaranteed for 6 months. Overall, a very positive experience. The only thing I'd do differently is make my own confirmation call especially if I have to do another long distance repair. 

The experience was good. The first crew came in one day and ripped the old roof off and installed the hurricane clips. They also put down the peel and stick. The next day the other crew came in and laid down the shingles. It was a 2 day process and the team left with everything being cleaned up. I was impressed with the precision the teams employed.

Arrived on time; cleaned up yard after removing old roof ; replaced bad wood; installed new roof including improvements on other areas.  Cleaned up entire yard.

I called on a Thursday late in the day.  My insurance company gave me a couple of months to respond, so I figured Brett would fit me in between jobs. To my surprise he came out on that Monday and did the inspection and took the required photos plus. He then called me at work to advise me that the roof was still in good shape and that he did not find any loose shingles or leaks. He also told me that I might need some work in a couple of years! The next day he came by and dropped off the photos, report and the bill with my mother because I was at work.

The roof was was started and completed when Brent said it would be.  They cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell I had a roof ripped off.  And the roof looked great!  The warranty offered by B Griffith was an appeal to me as well as the length of time in business.  I would highly recommend this company to others!

Quote was second lowest of four. (I had a bad feeling about the company that submitted lowest quote.) Started on schedule and workers put in a full day's work each day. Cleanup was done well at the end of each day. Materials, workmanship and cost were all as expected. The roof looks great! No leaks or problems so far after three months.
