He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He gave me an estimate and stayed within that estimate. He came at the time he said he would. He did a nice job of cleaning up. I am going to use him again.

They did a really great job. They fully evaluate the problem and fix it appropriately. If I have any issues with my roof, they are the company I would hire.

We called 3 of the highest rated Angie's List roofing firms and all made on-site reviews and submitted written estimates which varied over a $3000 range. We met with each company and discussed their bid and explored options for scheduling and completion. Brent was the ONLY firm to give us a detailed work statement with his bid. He was also the only firm to notice that the original roof installer had omitted a needed roof vent. We were uncomfortable with the other bids which basically said remove and install new roof which we felt was too vague. Brent's detailed bid plus the knowledge he displayed in answering all our concerns gave us a secure feeling that he knew his business. He also provided us with a warranty that was considerably longer than the other two bidders. His firm has been in business in our area for many years so we have confidence he will be available if we should need to use that warranty, although the quality of the work we saw his team perform makes us believe our roof is not going to be a problem for lots of years. He estimated 2 weeks start-to-finish for our roof and met that schedule despite an unanticipated weather delay of 2 days. His crew was friendly, professional and unfailingly courteous. They cleaned up around the area each day when they finished and took the trash dumpster away with them each evening. They showed up promptly at 8am and worked hard. When we went on the roof each day to see the progress, they always explained what they were doing, what (if any) problems they had corrected, and answered any questions. Brent assured us that he was available by phone if needed, but his supervisor and crew were obviously craftsmen who knew their jobs. Brent called us twice during the installation to ensure we had no problems and came at completion to inspect the work. He took care of all the necessary approvals and paperwork, tile delivery, and other details. This was a huge dollar investment and we feel we got the very best for our money. We would recommend Griffith Roofing to our family members without any reservation so you can be assured we are happy with his work. His team works for his firm, not as contract labor. This is an important detail since lien issues are minimized. The team was professional in every way, no loud music, no bad language, no attitude and they appeared to take great pride in their work. From beginning to end, Griffith Roofing was a positive experience for us.

The project was completed on time and no further problems have come up.
